Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors & paving not exceeding 15 cm thick below & above Ground level complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons and paving laid dry or laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation , mass concrete and in subbase to hard standing / floors all as specified and directed.

M & L hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, depo-sited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment, glossy finish (reflective type, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, as in pavements to required level & gradients, set, jointed with clean dry sand and cushioning complete (Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separetely).

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment, glossy finish (reflective type, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, as in pavements to required level & gradients, set, jointed with clean dry sand and cushioning complete (Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separetely).

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation all complete.

S & F Precast plain cement concrete prepolished coloured chequerd floor tiles 300 x 300 x25 mm thick machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles in floors complete all as specified and directed.) Colour, size and pattern shall be approved by GE. (Cement Mortar screed bed shall be measured and paid separately)

S & F matt finished vitrified paver tiles 600 x 600 x 15 to 20 mm thick exterior quality machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles in floors complete all as specified and directed.) Colour, size and pattern shall be approved by GE. (Cement Mortar screed bed shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying tiles all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

Supplying & fixing Framed work such as grills, gratings,gates etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165

S & F Rolled Mild Steel Framed work as in plates (plain or chequered) for drain/manhole cover square cut or notched forming holes confirming to Fe 290 E 165 complete.

M & L Preparation of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint ( Ordinary tint) over one coat of red oxide primer.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge

M & L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L applying three coats of white washing on new plastered surfaces as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for precast RCC slabs 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) such as manhole cover and similar articles with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in CM 1:4 all as directed

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. and getting out Hard/ dense soil

All as per item No 21 but exc.1.50m and n.exc. 3.00m depth.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm.

Systematicaly cleaning and desilting of pipe sewers upto 150mm dia including man holes and gully trap of any size and depth by passing knots , bambboo, kamti and disc of required size , pumping out liquid waste / sewage , plugging diverting the flow in the drain , if necessary and stacking the removed silt / sludge in deposits as directed including taking precautionary measures such as safty belts , dry cells , torch for lighting in side the manholes and drain etc, sprinkling bleaching powder on the silt / sludge removed to avoid bad smell and disposal of silt out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 24 above but dia exc 150mm.

Cleaning existing drainage / culverts/manholes up to 1.50m depth including removing cover slabs , soils , spoils , vegetation , silt etc and refixing cover slabs including making good in cement mortar 1: 6 and removing material outside the MD land exc. 5 Km but n. exc 10 Km complete all as directed and specified.

Ditto as above item No 26 but exc.1.50m and n.exc. 3.00m depth.

Cleaning the blockage in Floor trap, Nahani trap, Gully trap, WC "P" trap or "S" trap and refixing the same after cleaning the pipes making good damaged cement joints , dia of pipe n. exc 150 mm upto 4th floor all as required .

All as per item No 28 above but from 5th to 8th floor.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe 150/200mm dia (SGSW,AC or RCC)set in cement mortar.

M & L for 150mm internal dia salt glazed stone-ware drain pipe Grade'A' laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs pillar tap 15mm bore, cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions.

S & F 32 mm dia., Waste fittings, brass chromium plated for glazed ware sinks, wash basins etc., with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed in repairs

S&F in repairs High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) 40mm dia of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to wall, floors for drain out the waste water in Kitchen Sink/wash basin complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down & S&F GI Tubing medium grade 15mm bore with all fittings, laid in trenches, wall or roof complete all specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position all as specified

M&L for roughening the surfaces of old cement concrete floor by picking, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc. rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound and applying two coats of liquid membrane over a coat of primer of STP/Dr. Fixit/Fosroc make as per manufacturers instruction over vertical sides of sunken floors.

M&L cement concrete 1:7:12 F2 type with 40mm graded stone coarse aggregate in sunken floor all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan Orissa pattern of size 580 x 440 mm white with back inlet and integral footrest and anti syphonnage pipe including 'P' or 'S' trap and provn of lime concrete complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth, or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles 300x300x6 to 7mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not excceding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in epoxy mortar and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on backing coat of wall tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 200 x 7mm on vertical surfaces set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment all as specified and as directed.

M & L jointing only 100mm bore cast iron pipes and fittings, in repairs, with cement joints.

M & L jointing only 75mm bore cast iron pipes and fittings, in repairs, with cement joints.

Removing demolished/excavated materials and debris laid at Navy Nagar outside MD land .
