Supply, installing,testing and commissioning of Pumping sets, centrifugal,with electric driven Induction Motor Squirrel cage of capacity 40 HP, 3 phase, 415V,Head 35 to 40 metre, Discharge 2000-2500 LPM and of suitable RPM including necessary PCC foundation as recommended by OEM with anti vibration Pad as required on site complete all as specified and directed.

S& F fully automatic star delta starter in sheet metal enclosure with electronic timer, contactors, over load relays, phase preventors and all connected items suitable for centrifugal pump set, capacity of 40 HP as complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of feeder pillar box cubical type, factory made, CPRI approved ,LT(415 Volts, 50 Hz , 3-phase, 4 wire supply) duly mounted on iron leg of size 50x50x6mm,Indoor type,double door,weather and vermin proof (Protection Class IP-54),with ventilation louvers and 2.0 mm thick MS CRCA sheet and angle iron frame work with both side hinged opening for external, rubber lining, locking arrangement, Powder Coated externally and internally over a coat of red oxide primer complete including grouting of frame with PCC mortor for installation of panel of following : -(For Pump House Panel) (a) Bus Bar chamber comprising 4 Nos aluminium strip bus bars air insulated and PVC sheathed, capacity not lesss than 1.5 times of incomig MCCB with colour coding in separate sheet steel enclosure. M&L for single core 10 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed cable 1100 V grade conforming to IS-694, 2xruns for Phase& Neutral and 1xrun for Earth wire multi-stranded in 20mm PVC conduit from Panel to Motor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cast Iron foot Valve(Flanged) with conical Strainer as in replacement Suitable for 100mm dia CI/GI pipe including all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Laying, jointing and testing mild steel pipe 100 mm bore, 100 NB, heavy grade, ISI marked, with all fittings like sockets flanges, unions, bends, elbow etc laid in trenches or along wall and in floors etc including necessary welding and fabrication works complete all as specified and as directed . (Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately)

M & L for laying, jointing and testing Ductile iron (DI) Pipe 150 mm bore with spigot & socketed ends (ISI marked) centrifugally cast of class "K-9" and in any length, laid in trench including rubber gasket joints complete all as specified and directed . (Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately)

M&L cast iron/DI fittings or specials for flanged / spigot socketed end pipe upto 150 mm bore conforming to IS-1538 and ISI marked such as bends , tapers, tee pieces (single & double branch) any type, and angle/radios amd Straight connecting pieces but all ends flanged complete ll as directed .

Supply, laying and jointing cast iron sluice valve of class PN-1.6 IS-14846 marked 100 mm bore with steel spindle, & cast iron wheel having both flanged and drilled ends including rubber gasket, nut bolt and washer heavy duty 16mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each m exc 0.5 Cum getting out returing filling in and remming eatrth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface as hard /dense soil all as specified and directed

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel rolled section (angle,tee, channel beam etc) as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for siding doors,fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Gde Fe-410-S all as specifed and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat or Red oxide primer including preparation of new steel/ iron surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth all as specified and directed

S&F for pre painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an coloure having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed

Surface excavation not exc 30cm deep and average 15cm deep and getting out hard dense soil all as specified and directed

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n exc 250mtr and deposited above directed at a level n exc 1.50m where the starting point all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregates) as in sub base 100mm thick all as specified and directed

M&L for air termination single pointed aluminium Rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply & fixing Aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm complete with fixing on saddles insulator including screws & arrangements etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground upto test point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm buried in ground for earth continuity from earth electrode to test point terminal with saddles and fixing screws & arrangements etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm bore pipe medium grade for protection of earth strips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm of 6mm thickness or copper strip of 32x6mm 100mm long drilled and screwed including 4 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head brass screws , fixing on insulators and screwed to wall for protection of test pointcomplete all as specified and directed

Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode600X600X6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate electrode at a depth not less than 1.5m below normalm ground level and including GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts,bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate electrode at one end and connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipments etc at the other end,earth strip encased in and including 50 mm bore GI medium grade pipe with all fittings from top of earth plate electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers and including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from Bottom of concrete pit to top of earth plate electrode complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR PartI.The scope of work includes necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removal of soil upto 50 metre, PCC pit with precast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel, CI frame etc complete. NOTES :- (i)The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:3:6 type C1,using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR PartI shall be provided. Reinforcement in RCC cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @150mm c/c both ways. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth strip. Any variation in length shall be measured and paid through deviation order. (iii) Item includes cost of 7.5 metre earth strips. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iv) Earth plate electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides.
