UPVC pipe line (schedule - 40 pipes): Supplying & fixing on below ground / Exposed surfaces the following dia. ASTM nontreaded UPVC sovent welded pipes as per ASTM D-1785 and fittings as per ASTM D-2466 and ASTM D-2467 (white or offwhite colour) of specified class, consisting following items of work:- i)Supplying & fixing ASTM non-treaded UPVC sovent welded pipes as per ASTM D-1785 and fittings as per ASTM D-2466 and ASTM D-2467 ii) Laying and fixing the pipe and specials below the ground or floor to correct line, level and plumb for water supply line. iii) Testing the pipe line to a hydraulic pressure as per manufacturers cataglouge for leak proof joint or as per relavant code. iv) Making leak proof threaded / welded joints. including cutting the pipe, cleaning, marking, heating, welding, cooling etc. and the cost of jointing materials. v) Cutting or making hole or chases in RCC or brick work structure such as wall, column, beam, slab, chajja, dado etc. for passing the pipe line and reinstating all the damage to its original condition. vii) Providing and fixing UPVC weldable / threaded fittings such as Union, Nipples, Bendes, Elbows, Tees, Reducers, End caps, Couplers, Adaptors, Saddles, Plugs, Tank connectors, Expansion loops, Bypass bends, etc. Schedule 40 Pipes and Fittings of Approved make
DUCTILE IRON (D.I.) PIPES: Providing & laying in trenches centrifugally cast Ductile(spun) iron pressure pipes for water supply Class K-9 of approved make conforming to IS :8329, external zinc bitumen coated & internal cement mortar lined with ISI mark, including keeping them in position to correct alignment & levels, laying (IS 1228), jointing with rubber gasket of SBR as per IS 5382 and/or IS 12820 with ISI mark, cutting to waste of pipes wherever necessary, jointing with the existing pumping line, testing the pipes to a pressure of 10 kg/sqcm after making necessary joints to appropriate hydraulic pressure with minimum duration of testing for two hours with clean & potable water as per specifications. Note: The pipe line shall be measured along the centre line duly deducting the outer to outer length of the specials. The scope of work and quoted rate for this item includes 'push-on joints with gaskets.

DUCTILE IRON (D.I.) Fittings: Providing, laying, jointing & fixing DI fittings conforming to IS:9523, external zinc bitumen coated & internal cement mortar mechanical, flanged, and /or push-on type fittings/specials, K-12 class of approved make like tees, bends, collars, reducers, enlargers of all sockets.socket & spigot or double end flanged etc with sealing rubber gasket of SBR conforming to IS: 5382 and or IS:12820 with ISI mark, cast/ductile iron follower gland. MS nut bolts coated or otherwise protected from rusting, suitable for D.I.pressure pipes for water supply to correct alignment and levels including jointing the specials to pipe line & testing the specials to approriate hydraulic pressure alongwith the pipe line with clean & potable water as per specifications.
CI/DI Sluice Valve: Providing & fixing IS marked CI/DI sluice valve with flanged ends conforming to IS:14846 or relevant Indian Standard, PN 1.0 along with a pair of DI tail pieces conforming to IS:9523, making necessary flanged joint, providing jointing materials like bolts, nuts rubber insertion or equivalent & testing the valves & joints for a pressure of 10kg/sq.cm with clean & potable water with a minimum testing period of two hours as per standard specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Chambers for hydrant valve (450mmX450mm): Construction of brick masonry valve chambers of dimensions 450mmx450mm for depth of 600mm comprising of 230 mm thick brick masonry in cement mortar 1:4 over a bed of 150 mm thick cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 for foundation with 150 mm offset all round, including racking out joints & plastering in cement mortar 1:3, 20 mm thick both on internal and external surfaces, internal surfaces finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement, Supply & Fixing with Frame and cover of (FRP/GRP) all as per specifications and directions of the E.I.C. including dewatering the pit, if required till completion of the work all complete.
Chambers for CI valve (1000mmX1000mm): Construction of brick masonry valve chambers of following dimensions for depth as mentioned below comprising of 230 mm thick brick masonry in cement mortar 1:4 over a bed of 150 mm thick cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 for foundation with 150 mm offset all round, including racking out joints & plastering in cement mortar 1:3, 20 mm thick both on internal and external surfaces, internal surfaces finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement, Fixing (MS) Frame and cover all as per specifications and directions of the E.I.C. including dewatering the pit, if required till completion of the work all complete. Note :- The top cover of chambers are fabricating,welding,erecting in position,by using structural steel like angle, flates, sloted angles, Joists/ 'I' beam, Channel, chequered plate etc. complete as directed by EIC. And paid in relevent item seperately.
Chamber measuring 1.00 mtr. X 1.00 mtr. for an initial depth of 1000 mm (Clear internal dimension)
Extra depth over item no 12.1 beyond 1.0M initial depth including providing & fixing CI steps each weighting not less than 3.5 kgs.@ 300mm Centre to centre painting etc. complete all as specified & directed by the EIC.
Making connections: Providing, jointing & fixing heavy quality GI/MS galvanised flanges for MS galvanized pipes conforming to relevant IS, supply including drilling the holes to the flanges, making flanged joints, providing jointing materials like bolts, nuts, rubber insertion or equivalent and testing the joints for a pressure of 10 Kg./sq.cm. with clean & potable water with a minimum testing period of two hours as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge A) JOINT WITH A SINGLE FLANGE & including removing of existing flange.

DEMOLISHING BRICK MASANORY: Demolishing brick masanory in cement mortar including scaffolding, stacking of serviceable materials & disposal of unserviceable materials within 50mtr. Lead etc. all complete as directed by EIC.
CUTTING ASPHALT MACADAM: Cutting the existing asphalt macadam road for exposing, laying pipe lines, etc. upto & including random rubble soling & making good the same after satisfactory completion of work but excluding black topping, watering, ramming all complete as directed to the entire satisfaction of EIC
REMOVING & RELAYING SHAHABAD STONE: Removing and re-doing, laying 50mm average thickness rough shahabad stone/paver blocks paving in footpaths over a bed of 150mm thick murrum(incl.supply of murrum & preparation of murrum bed) to proper slope, includding cutting the edges to proper lines & sunk/flush pointing with cement mortar 1:3 with 15X10 mm groove crosswise & longtitudinally or finishing as per the original & adjacent footpath, curing, cutting of stones whereever required & transporting the stones to site of work from DCSE stores/removed from site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
P.C.C.: Supplying & executing Plain Cement Concrete work of M20 grade at top of pedestal on terrace of buildings using graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size including necessary formwork, machine mixing, transporting, placing in position, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed all as per specifications & as directed by EIC

BRICKWORK: Brickwork in superstructure at terrace of buildings or at other locations using well burnt bricks of class designated 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 to correct line level & plumb including curing, raking out joints above ground level etc. complete all as per standard specifications, drawings and as directed by EIC
PLASTERING: Cement plastering 15mm thick using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar in CM 1:4 of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied on internal/external surfaces and ceiling finished smooth with neat cement punning over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including curing , removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris out side colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying dry rubble stone hard coresoling of following consolidated thickness in subbase to floor and in plinth protection to requiredlevels and lines with first quality rubble, handset, well packed including providing and filling the interstices with smaller stone chips,of approved quality supplying & finishing / blinding thesurfaces with approved blinding quality murrum/ stone dust including watering,consolidation etc. all complete as per specification drawings & as directed by Engineerin Charge.
