Repair charges for the ASRS bins including labour charges for fixing ,nut, bolts, alignment and tightening of existing locks charges for welding including cost of welding electrode, Painting of base including cost of paint labour for tightening/ replacement of available wheels etc., and dismantling of damaged lock/refixing of new / repaired lock to make the bin in reusable condition including carting from Operational area and back to ASRS input area after repairs where ever required all as directed by AAICLAS officers.
Labour charges for Fixing of lower/Upper Lock
Repair of the existing damaged Lower lock arrangement of ASRS bins (a) Increase the slot width in the pipe from 6mm 8.5mm. (b) Change the centre 14mm dia rod to a new alloy steel one. (c) Remove the 16mm dia handle rod and drill 8mm dia hole in the 14mm dia Centre Rod. (d) Form the new 8mm dia handle rod by using Power Press. (e) Weld the formed 8mm dia handle rod to the centre rod. (f) Galvanize the assembly.
