Supply and errecting in true vertical position steel tubular poles 11 meter long complete with M S base plate , MS pole cap, bolts nuts & screw as specified type 410 SP-55 with and including painting of poles with black bitumenous paint throughout the length internally and outside upto planting depth and remaining portion with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including painting of 05 Nos. bands / strips of 30 cm wide each with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (black & yellow) at a distance of 30 cm from plinth block upto 1500 mm height and marking / sign writing of pole number and feeders locations of pole with thick synthetic enamel paint (white) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation for electric poles including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per srl item No 2 here-in-before but PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 as in foundation of stays and coping of poles.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel, earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip of size 32mmx6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in SSR Part I connected to main switch board /main DBs/ earthing test point Including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/ dense soil common salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150 mm thick all-round the GI earth plate, watering pipe 20 mm dia G I medium grade . GI sheet 0.63 mm thick funnel, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 150C/C both ways and pit/ chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with suitable lifting handle to cover, GI protection pipe 25mm dia light grade up to 7.5m from complete all as specified ,indicated on electrical plate No 5 and as directed incl testing on completion. NOTE: ( i ) Earth lead beyond 7.5 m from electrode to earth terminal GI pipe light grade 25mm/40mmdia for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately (ii) On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

M&L for excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meters wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter depth for laying of HT cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type I flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm all as specified factory made ISI marked.

Dismantling of existing HT pole any size/type from foundation in necessary earth work including dismantling of concrete MS clamps nuts, bolts, earth wire, overhead lines conductor, insulators, gaurding cradles and other accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms, fabricated from MS structural section of any type and size, duly bolted from existing position and keeping at side for repair/replacement as directed.

M&L danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitrous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25 x 20 cm complete all as directed at site. Note- The danger notice for 11/66kv will be written in English,Hindi and Punjabi language as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT jumper of existing two/four pole structure of transformer etc using 95 Sqmm single core aluminium cable conductor , including PG clamp nut, bolts, thimbles and washers etc as required at site all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F HT cable route indicator of Cast iron not less than 100 mm dia fixed through welding angle iron supoort of size 35 mm x 35mmx5mm thick ,50 cm long including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer planted in a PCC block of size 60 cm x30cm x 10 cm (PCC 1:3:6) , The whole assembly of PCC iron will be planted in ground upto 30 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of aluminium lugs of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm from HT/LT cable incl cutting of worn out aluminium cable terminal lugs from the cable, crimbing of new aluminium cable core and excavation surface after providing redressing of excavated surface fixed to transformer or pannels.

Opening up the top cover of the transformer by taking out the transformer oil in a separate container after disconnecting / taking out the HT/LT side electric connections from both the primary & secondary side of the transformer of any type / description (indoor / outdoor type ) installed on floor/pole for carrying out necessary repair / rewinding to HT/LT side or any other repair as required after shifting the transformer to contractor's work shop including taking out complete core assembly, Magger the winding for identifying the fault/defective winding, seggregating the defective winding portion/taking out, cleaning the laminated core rewinding with appropriate gauge winding wire of existing description for transformer of capacity 50 to 160 KVA including assembling & testing on completion & installation the same at the site all as specified and directed.Note : (i) Winding of coil and spares required as per repair shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.(ii) The transpotation charges and taking down/taking up of transformer are inclusive in the quoted rates.(iii) The cost for the dehydration of transformer oil if reqd shall be measured & paid separately.(iv) The cost of insulation material such as paper, cotton tape , latheroid sheet , casl sheet etc are inclusive in the quoted rate.

Supply and filling for topping up transformer oil in the transformer after dehydration with dehydration machine to achiene dielectric strength of oil to 40 KV at 2.5mm gap complete all as specified.
