Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual /mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock chiselling, wedging out rock(where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the required lines grades ,width, cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the MORD technical specification section 300 & 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same within all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries ,materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means/ labour if required. The useful material such as stone shingle aggregate and slate etcetera shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack. Recovery of stone to the tune of 9644.91 cubic metre at the rate of 300/-(Rupees three hundred only) per cubic metre shall be affected from the running bill of the contractor . Any loss to the public private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases. The rate is including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks ( where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 300 & 1600 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre). compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 ( One cement is to four sand is to eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size on ground or under water including pumping or bailing out water( surface and sub soil water), dewatering for all heights /depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete for all heights/ depths, including the cost of form work and curing for 14 ( fourteen) days complete in Retaining walls and Breast walls etcetera as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying100mm ( One Hundred millimetre) diameter poly Vinyl chloride pipe Weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutments, wing walls return walls and retaining /breast walls etc., extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V) : 20 (H) (one vertical is to twenty horizontal ) towards draining face complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications section 700, 1200 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, return walls, wing walls and retaining walls etcetera. complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 1200 and 1600 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
