Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil.

Surface excavation not exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified.

M&L mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290) all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars of 10 mm dia and over conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) as in handles of man hole covers & similar works including necessary cutting etc and fixing in position complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and Fixing mild steel galvanized chain link fencing including line wires 50mm x 50mm mesh size made out of 4mm dia GI wire including provision of binding wire directed by Eng in charge and approved By GE complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm bot not exc 10cm long and dia of neck not less than 10mm complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not exc. 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n exc 1.50 meter wide and n exc 1.50 meter in depth for foundation of pole, laying cable etc and getting out etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directe

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete.

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, square, rectangular or polygonal for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, bases for columns, mass concrete and the like. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for rendering in two layer with 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and 5mm thick with CM (1:4) with and including liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint on walls over a coat of primer all as specified & as directed.

M&L for reinforcement TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified.

All as per serial item No. 20.00 here-in-before but 5 to 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

S&F mild steel framed work as in steel frames, chowkats, doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 410), complete, all as specified & directed.

S&F 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated / plain sheeting of with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screws or 'L' type are cranked hook bolts in lieu of screw as specified all as directed.
