Dismantling/taking out existing hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200m & not exceeding 250m all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment by applying oil bound bitumen primer, having a density of 0.87-0.89 kg/lit, @ 0.40 ltrs/Sqm, providing and laying 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighting not less than 4 kg/sqm and of approved make,including minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap, laid and pasted with blue flassed torching applications and finally finishing with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 kg/sqm all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of smart care damp proof of asian paints by roller/brush over a coat of primer with smart care damp proof 33 % dilution of asian paints including preparation of existing surface by complete removal of existing treatment by means of chipping the surface to remove loose particulars and mortar and clean the surface with wire brush and water wash etc including filling and covering with smart care repair mortar wherever required ,filling of crack filler with smart crack filler of asian paints wherever required complete all as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation) or insulation boards /slab /blankets of any description and thickness including frame/grid of any description all as specified and as directed.

M&L for anodised aluminium snap grid (minimum 15 microns anodisation) of size 605 x 605 mm with anodized aluminum angle of size 40mm x 25mm x 2mm thick weighing 0.36 Kg per running meter and anodized aluminum main and cross T of size 36.50 x 23.50 x 1.50 mm thick weighing 0.254 Kg per running meter and 23.50 x 23.50 x 1.50 mm thick weighing 0.202 Kg per running meter respectively for false ceiling all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota Stone Slab mirror polishing flooring 20 -25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing all as specified and as directed. Note:Size of kota stone shall not be less than 60 x 60 cm

M&L for machine kota stone 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.
