Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement 4 coarse sand 8 graded stone aggregate of 40-mm nominal size including carriage of materials complete job.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand 3 graded stone aggregate of 20-mm nominal size including carriage of materials complete job.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non-modular) bricks of class designation 75 at any desired height in all floors as per Architectural design and drawing in 1:6 mix cement mortar (1:6 coarse sand) including all carriages upto site of work

50-mm thick cement concrete flooring in 1:2:4 mix finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry but excluding the cost of noising of steps etc including all carriages complete.

18-mm thick cement plaster in two coats under coat layer 12-mm thick in 1:5-mix finished with top layer 6-mm thick in 1:3-mix including carriage of all allied materials involved.

P/F of ist quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS:13753 of minimum thickness of 5mm of approved make in all colour shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by the engineer incharge in skirting risers of steps dados floor walls, etc over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3(1 cement : 3 coarse sand) & jointing with grey cement slurry (3.3 kg/sqm) including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

i. Wall tiles of required size

Providing/fixing of 12-mm thick imported Nordic pine panelling (RAIT WOOD) of approved quality including cost of 30-mm X 50-mm kail wooden runner for base work but without ground work.

Providing & fixing 40-mm thick wooden flooring T&G excluding cost of base work but including cost of all allied materials involved.

Providing&fixing of zircon premium solid wooden door shutter as per sample approved finger, jointed edge lumber providing excellent dimension stability 2150x900x35-mm as per requirement.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint one or more coats on old work of approved shade and colour
