a) Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer -in - Charge : (a) 12mm average thickness

1(b) 25mm average thickness

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufactures specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of Surface, etc. complete. On steel work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved band and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.s. tube. M.s. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. Clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffoldind system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connections with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in Charge. The elevatioinal area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work up to plith level: 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 Coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources and using recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) as coarse aggtegate and fine aggregate within the permissible utilization, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland/Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of conctete to site of laying, curing,carriage for all leads, but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the Engineer-in -Charge. All works above plinth and up to floor V level. Concrete of M-15 grade with minimum cement content of 240 Kg/cum

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturer's specifications: Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Remoiving dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/ litre. of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufactures specification. Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Fine sand)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c) equivalent design mix)

Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, Footings, bases for columns.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 Kg/10 sqm)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/by mechanical means means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviciable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in RCC or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer in -Charge.

Providing & Fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0 mm thick glass panes.
