Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard rock complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces, power roller exc 2 ton & n. exc 5 ton in cutting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- The rates for rolling include for watering as necessary and consolidating to the required level, gradient or camber, keeping roller wheels wet, if required, filling in hollows and depressions and the provision of water, animals, drivers, crew, fuel, labour, tools, etc.

M&L for 100mm thick, M-35 Grade Machine pressed precast pre-painted cement Grass paver block any shape and size casted in plastic moulds, filling good quality soil in hollow portion and competed on vibratory table confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for good soil shall be suitable for gardening, free from kanker, Moorum, shingle, rocks, stones, brick-bats, building rubbish and any other foreign matter. The earth shall be free from clods or lumps of sizes bigger than 75 mm in any direction. It shall have P.H. Value ranging from 6 to 8.5. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 80mm thick, M-40 Grade Machine pressed precast concrete pre-painted interlocking paver block any shape and size casted in plastic moulds and competed on vibratory table confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, brocken bricks deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Providing, cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in roof/side kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges making good disturbed surface of ground using necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc1.5 m in depth for foundation, or shafts, wells, cess pits manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil / rock complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for brick work with sub-class `B' bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or brick surface and finished surafaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast (factory casted) cement concrete kerb stone casted in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with plan or interlocking joints (as directed), making groove in ground of desired dimension, placing in erect position Kerb stone in edging and set and jointed in cement mortar 1:6, making good disturbed surface of ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old decorated steel surfaces/concrete surface of any description over 10 Cm width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
