M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP- 55,11 metres long including erection, painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or primer complete including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed. Note Excavation earth work and PCC paid and measured seperately)

M&L for cross arms, bracings, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, drilling holes for bolts in any shapes or size all as directed & painting of one primer coat and under coat and one finishing coat including taking out unserviceable material complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in elect plate no- 1 of SSR for dia of stay rod 20 mm incl GI stay strand of size 7/3.15 mm (maximum length 11.00 mtr) to keep the pole in vertical position incl loop insulator stay all as specified and directed including dismantling and taking out old unsv stay assembly set complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Excavation of earth work and PCC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply and laying armoured HT UG cable XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor, 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 3 core 95 sq mm including taking out old unserviceable AB cable all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for taking out/for laying under ground cables/pipes etc and getting out any type soil all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Ser item No. 5 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3 mtr all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n-exc 25 cm all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n-exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading fine river sand in trenches for cushioning of under ground cable/filling cable ducts all as specified and as directed. Note : Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose

Supplying and laying un- reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gang operated air break switch, three poles, outdoor type, weatherproof, nominal system voltage 11 kV, rated voltage 12 kV, rated normal current 200 Amps, rated frequency 50 Hz, rated one minute power frequency withstand voltage between (i) earth & poles 28 kV (rms) (ii) across the isolating distance 32 kV (rms), rated lightning impulse withstand voltage (i) to earth and between poles 75 kV (Peak) (ii) across the isolating distance 85 kV (Peak), Rated short-time withstand current 25 kA for 3 seconds, rated peak withstand current 63 kA for climatic conditions at the site, mechanically operated mounted on suitable size of polymer insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level including dismantling and taking out old unsv one complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F expulsion fuse unit, single pole, 11 KV drop out fuse unit comprising suitable size of polymer insulator set of two nos, complete set capacity 100 A, including taking out old unsv one all as specified and directed.

S&F Lightning arrestor expulsion type complete with all fittings and polymer insulators, transmission class, High Tension discharge Capacity 65 KA suitable for 11000 volts Set of 03 including GI earth strip of 32x 6mm fixed on pvc insulators alongwith pole after removing the existing unserviceable one including making necessary electrical connections all as specified and as directed.

Filteration and dehydration of existing insulating oil of transformer of various capacities, installed at different locations at station to achieve desired di-electric strength of 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap, by mobile filteration plant/machine and heating system, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Transformer oil required extra for filling/topping up shall be measured and paid separately under the relevant items of this schedule.

Supply and topping up of new insulating transformer oil with duly filtered and tested insulating oil having not less than 40 KV di-electric strength at 2.5 mm air gap for Transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of Silica Gel breathers container including silica gel, suitable for transformers 400 KVA all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Ser item No. 16 here-in-before but 200/250 KVA.

Description all as per Ser item No. 16 here-in-before but 100/150/160 KVA.

M & L for arresting the leakage of transformer oil after drain out transformer oil , switching off HT power supply taking all safety precautions, including provision of gasket and re fiil transformer oil after arrest the leakage including testing and commissioning of transformer upto 250 KVA capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for spray painting distribution transformer after removing the existing oil stains by paint removers, cleaning with scrapers, preparing surface and painting with two coats of grey synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl writing SM/MES No whith white enamel paint all as directed for upto 250 KVA capacity transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the top cover body of the transformer after disconnecting the cable, removing the unserviceable HT bushes and S&F in repair porcelain vitreous HT side bushings with Brass studs including checking and tightening internal electric connections and fixing back the top cover with new gasket and suitable nuts, bolts suitable for distribution transfomer of capacity upto 250 KVA all as specified and as directed. Note :- bushing will be replaced including filteration of transformr oil by draining out transformer oil from the existing level upto conservator of the transformer & refilling the same.

Removing the top cover body of the transformer after disconnecting the cable, removing the unserviceable LT bushes and S&F in repair porcelain vitreous LT side bushings with Brass studs including checking and tightening internal electric connections and fixing back the top cover with new gasket and suitable nuts, bolts suitable for distribution transfomer of capacity upto 250 KVA all as specified and as directed. Note :- bushing will be replaced including filteration of transformr oil by draining out transformer oil from the existing level upto conservator of the transformer & refilling the same.

Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild sheet steel vitreous enamelled white with letters figures and conventional kull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25x20cm size complete including taking out old all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ACSR conductors from the disturbed span including jumper, removing the binding with insulator, of any size for HT OH Line/ structures, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and stringing for ACSR (Aluminium conductor steel reinforced) of any size and type in accordance with site requirement and binding on insulator by means of 22 gauge aluminium binding wire to permissible sag complete all as specified and as directed.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to Pole to pole/ wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for trimming of branches of trees touching HT/LT electric over head line and making clear upto 3 mtr in radius and carrying and disposal where directed not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as directed. Note : Tools and plants as required is deemend to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F Pin type Polymer insulator 320 cd 5 kn for 11KV grade complete including all accessories, nuts, bolts etc and including dismantling of old unserviceable porcelain insulators complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Disc type Polymer insulator 320 cd 45 kn for 11KVvolts grade complete including all accessories yoke, clamps, nuts, bolts etc and including dismantling of old unserviceable insulator all as specified and as directed.

Repairs/maint to complete 4 Pole structure (HT 11KV Line controled) with repairs to AB switch (GOD), Lightning arrestosr, drop out fuse unit and replacing ACSR conductor transmission connection sysytem on the top of structure with straightning of jampers / proper spacing/ desired sag between the conductors/ proper binding on the insulators/ tightening the insulators including replacement of male and female contacts of GOD, nuts & bolts and cleaning the carbon/ dust deposited on the switch contact surfaces and applying mineral jelly, oil grease to the moving/ rotating parts etc after cleaning, removing carbon deposits including testing and commissioning the same for operation complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The repairs to Four poles structure complete will be measured as one job.

M&L Painting of four pole structure consisting of 4 Nos Steel/PSC pole 9 M above GL with channels, clamps, bracings, supports, etc by preparing the surface and applying two coats of aluminium paint or cement base paint as per direction all as specified and as directed.

M&L Painting of two pole structure consisting of 2 Nos Steel/PSC pole 9 M above GL with channels, clamps, bracings, supports, etc by preparing the surface and applying two coats of aluminium paint or cement base paint as per directionall as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats Aluminium paint/ cement based paint as per direction over the exisiting steel/PSC poles 7.5/9.20 mtrs above ground including cross arms/ bracings/ clamps etc complete all as specified after cleaning the existing poles and making good surface and surrounding and writing the pole numbers with white letters on black background all as specified and as directed.

M&L for boring under road, pavement, hard standing lines by trenchless technology using latest boring technique or manually boring technique and necessary machine for insertion of GI pipe of 50 mm to 100 mm nominal bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade for cable protection , laid in trenches or fixed on pole/wall for passing LT cables of sizes 80 mm dia including taking out old rusted pipe all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and hanging HT 11 KV XLPE insulated Aerial Bunched Cable 3-core x 70 sq mm + 1 x 50 sq mm bare Messenger wire shall be stranded non- compacted circular aluminium alloy conductor on existing HT 11 meter PSC/steel poles including suspension clamp, J Hook and Dead end clamp etc as required to fix the cable on pole at site ncluding taking out old unserviceable cable all as directed.

M&L for locating HT 11 KV UG cable fault by removing the both ends of the cable and locating the fault with Portable cable fault locator System/Machine duly hiring from any civ/Govt agencies were available and arranging necessary manpower for excavating the faulty area and making the fault serviceable with necessary cable joint kit etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Necessary excavation and joint kits will be measured and paid separately

Material and Labour for Heat shrinkable HT 11 KV out door termination joint kit for XLPE 11 KV 3 Core cables of size 50 to 95 Sqmm with jointing materials including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep connected with and including GI lead 4 mm dia upto 7.5 mtr long in 15 mm dia GI pipe light grade by means of nuts, bolts, washers and necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber and RCC cover and watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade with funnel, earth test point terminal, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep connected with and including GI strip 32 x 6 mm upto 7.5 mtr long in 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade by means of nuts, bolts, washers and necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber and RCC cover and watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade with funnel,earth test point terminal, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnect the both LT and HT cable, taking down the transformer, drain out the complete transformer oil and kept in safe custody for reuse after repair work, Removing the cover body of the transformer removing the unserviceable HT & LT bushes and S&F in repair of suitable size porcelain vitreous HT & LT side bushings with Brass studs including checking and tightening internal electric connections, meticulous checks of insulation, winding and core, checking of primary and secondary winding including replacing of damaged portion of copper winding and insulated the same with standard insulating material ,winding should be vacuum impregnated with oil and the core and coil assembly should be fully dried and impregnated. No load current should be within specific limits and the transformer should be capable of continuous rated output without exceeding temprature rise limits fixing back the top cover with new gasket and suitable nuts, bolts suitable for distribution transformer of capacity 100/ 160 KVA including testing after repair work all as specified and as directed. Note :- Repair work including damged winding, insulation and replacement of HT & LT bushing including filteration of transformr oil by draining out from the existing level & refilling the same including topping up at desired level and testing after repair and transportation shall be included in the quoted rates.
