Fabrication, supply and installation / fixing on wall of SS lettering in approved Brass Finish shade in English (Atoms in the Service of Nation) and Hindi (राष्ट्र की सेवा में परमाणु). The letter shall be of SS304 grade, size between 200mm to 350mm, 1mm thick and proportionate width as per approved shop drawings and technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Fabrication , supply and installation / fixing on wall of FRP Murals of approved design / scheme including teak wooden Framework and appropriate wooden backing. The FRP Murals shall be designed in consultation with Engineer-in-Charge / Architect. Cost includes making of clay model and getting it preapproved before casting, PU Coating & Melamine Polishing and shall be as per approved drawings and technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Drawing / clay model of Ashok Stambh shall be pre-approved before casting and shall be as per approved drawings and technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Designing, Fabrication, supply and installation of Sculpture / Bust of Dr Homi J Bhabha made up of FRP in approved Brass Finish with PU Coating. SIZE - 600 mm high face and 520 mm width and shall be taken proportionately. Drawing / clay model of Bust shall be preapproved before casting and shall be as per approved drawings and technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Cost also includes Designing, Fabrication, supply and installation of Teak Wood Pedestal of height 750mm and width in proportion to Bust and as per approved design / finish with melamine polishing.

Designing, Fabrication, supply and installation of Sculpture / Bust of various personalities made in pure Brass Metal. SIZE - 600 mm high face and 520 mm width and shall be taken proportionately. Drawing / clay model of Bust shall be preapproved before casting and shall be as per approved drawings and technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Fabrication , supply and installation / fixing on wall of model of Chariot wheel of Konark Sun temple made up of FRP in approved Colour Finish with PU Coating. Size of wheel will be 450mm Diameter and thickness / depth shall be taken proportionately. Drawing / clay model of Chariot wheel shall be preapproved before casting and shall be as per approved drawings and technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Fabrication , supply and installation / fixing on wall of High definition digital photographs in 3 continuous frames. The Photograph shall be UV print in 8 mm polycarbonate sheets fixing in back side clamp hanging in wall and of approx. combined size shall be 750 mm x 900mm. The High Definition image will be supplied by the department. Cost includes required framing and clamping and shall be as per approved drawings and technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Fabrication , supply and installation / fixing on wall of back lighted High definition digital photographs with required framing in ACP of approved wooden finish. The Photograph shall be UV print in 8 mm polycarbonate seats fixing in back side clamp hanging in wall and of approx. size of each frame shall be 1800 mm x 1500mm. The High Definition image will be supplied by the department. Cost includes required lead back light system, framing, clamping and also writing of brief description of photograph on SS Plate and fixing below the frame with led spot lights. Item shall be as per approved drawings and technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Fabrication , supply and installation / fixing various FRP Contemporary SCULPTURE designs of approx. 3 feet height and proportionate width and thickness with PU Coating. Agency shall submit various options for approval. Drawing / clay model of sculptures shall be preapproved before casting and shall be as per technical specifications / drawings and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Fabrication , supply and installation / fixing on wall of painting of approved design on canvas with approved wooden framing of required thickness and design. Size of each painting shall be approx. 1500 mm x 1200 mm. Cost includes creating of unique painting based on clients ideas / thoughts and submitting draft painting in digital form for approval and making of final painting on canvas and fixing on wall with required approved framing and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Fabrication , supply and installation / fixing on wall of High definition digital photographs on canvas with approved wooden framing of required thickness and design. The size of each Photograph shall be approx. 600mm x 600mm. The High Definition images will be supplied by the department. Cost includes required framing and clamping and shall be as per approved drawings and technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Fabrication , supply and installation / fixing on wall of Atomic Energy Establishment Board made up of FRP in approved Brass Finish with 3 to 4 layer PU Coating in same line with existing board. Size is 44" x 31" inches. Drawing / clay model of Ashok Stambh shall be pre-approved before casting and shall be as per approved drawings and technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Fabrication, supply and installation and fixing Brass Frames / Brass inlays / Brass Strips of required thickness and size inlay in flooring / dado as per approved pattern. Rate shall be including machine cut precise groove for fixing brass strip and Brass strip should be fixed in floor / Wall with required chemical. The quoted rate shall also include all tools & tackles, consumables, Epoxy etc., transportation, and making area good after fixing bass strips / Frames / Inlays all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying 2 to 3 coats of PU (polyurethane) Coating to Brass Pots, Sculptures, objects etc., as per manufacturers specifications including preparing surfaces and as directed by Engineer in charge etc. complete.

Fabrication , supply and installation / fixing on wall of Frames of required sizes having Dhokra mural with rajasthani wooden frame and embossed with warli painting in between outer frame and dhokra mural made of brass in approved design with approved wooden back framing support with required fixing arrangements of required thickness and design. Cost includes creating of unique pattern / theme based on clients ideas / thoughts and submitting draft in digital form for approval and including fixing on wall required approved framing and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Approx. sizes of Frames shall be size 550mm x 850mm, 300mm x 550 mm.

Supplying of Unskilled man power / labour for loading / unloading, area cleaning and miscworks. etc. including cost of equipment whichever is required at site.

Providing & fixing 6.0 mm thick tinted float glass of approved make & colour of following thickness fixed to window frames, partitions, Vision panels railing & doors with edges champhered (wherever required), etc. all complete as per drawing & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections, Plates of approved make confirming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC /neoprene gasket required (fittings, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately).

Providing and applying French spirit polishing for wooden surfaces with two coats on new works including a coat of wood filler to form a uniform neat finish as directed by the Engineer -in-charge and / or as per the specifications complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 3 mm thick veneer, approved make and shade fixed over suitable base like cement board in wall cladding etc. The quoted rate shall include all tools & tackles, consumables, nails & screws etc., transportation, labours , all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 6 mm x 6 mm Square Brass strip for inlay in flooring as per approved pattern, rate includes machine cut precise groove for fixing brass strip and Brass strip should be fixed in floor with required chemical.
