Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall with self tapping screws complete as as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surface and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brocken bricks Hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast coloured concrete coloured interlocking paver blocks any shape and size confirming of IS 15658: 2006 of 60mm thick, M-35 laid and jointed with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for powder coated (thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) aluminium work for doors, windows & ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) minimum thickness 2mm of aluminium section with extrufed built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, CP brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings, complete all as specified and directed.
