Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in any type of strata for locating fault, laying of cable and pipe or taking out old u/s cable complete including taking out & stacking old bricks/pipes, etc and making good to the distrubed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 with 40 mm graded aggegate for coping / road crossing including form work and finishing to all exposed surfaces by using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches 100mm bore galvanized iron light grade pipe for cable protection complete with all fittings fixed to wall or laid in floor/road crossing or on pole, complete including taking out old pipe all as specified and directed

All as per item No. 9.0 hereinbefore but 80 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and removing the existing HT 11 KV cable of size 3 core 95 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm for re-routing or extending and re-laying the same complete all as specified and directed. Note-1: Necessary excavation and earth work, sand cushion, PCC cable cover, GI protection protection pipe for re-laying will be measured and paid separately. Note-2: Additional cable and joints required will be measured and paid separately.

Supply, lay and testing of HT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvinised steel grip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor including making input and output connections with using suitable size of thimbles and gland complete all as directed for size 3 core 95 sqmm including taking out existing cable complete and depositing to MES yard all as specified in list

All as per item No. 13 hereinbefore but 3 core 120 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of rusted surface of HT steel pole with brackets of any size/shape/type at any height and painting with aluminium paint and alternate color of sky blue 3 strip and white paint 2 strip of 30 cm height at bottom of the pole (1.5 Mtr from ground) and numbering the pole 5 cm height black paint with back ground yellow paint 10 cm dia circle complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of rusted surface of HT steel 4 pole structure at any height and painting with aluminium paint and alternate color of sky blue 3 strip and white paint 2 strip of 30 cm height at bottom of the pole (1.5 Mtr from ground) and numbering the pole 5 cm height black paint with back ground yellow paint 10 cm dia circle complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of rusted surface of HT steel 2 pole structure at any height and painting with aluminium paint and alternate color of sky blue 3 strip and white paint 2 strip of 30 cm height at bottom of the pole (1.5 Mtr from ground) and numbering the pole 5 cm height black paint with back ground yellow paint 10 cm dia circle complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation for painting including removing dust flake etc and painting with synthetic enamel paint with spray painting method one coat of approved colour for power transformer complete of following capacity all as directed by Engineer-in-charge:-

75 KVA to 100 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

200 KVA to 300 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Dehydration & Filtration of oil used in transformers and oil circuit breakers by means of high pressure vaccuum filtration machine to achieve the required breaking capacity and die electric strength of not less than 45 KV for 2.5 mm Gap complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (a) Before commencement of fitration of oil, the electric strength of oil in each transformer/OCB shall be tested and report be submitted to the AGE. If the test valves are not within the desire range, then the filtration of oil shall be carried out. No separate payment for testing of oil shall be made if the oil of the transformet/OCB is not filered. (b) Contractor has to submit the details of the oil filtration machine to the department prior commencement of job for approval. (c) Contractor shall ensure that conservation tank is full to its level before starting the dehydration process. (d) Hire charges for machine and its transportation to the site are also deemed to be inclusive in the item rate quoted.

Supply and fill transformer oil up to 65 KV duly filtered conforming to IS 335-1963 as amended including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fill silica gel in the transformer breather assembly including taking out unserviceable gel complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable breather assy of transformer and supply and fix new breather assembly including sufficient silica gel complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread aggregate of size 40/50mm for surrounding of sub stations/4 pole structure complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting/removing of HT/LT cable and earth connections opening of the transformer copper wound 11KV/0.433 volts, 100 to 250 KVA capacity outdoor/indoor type, transformer of any make, draining out of the transformer oil taking out core and coil assembly, removing of the burnt part i.e tape, paper, insulation strips etc gently & carefully, washing of the dust, rust and dirt from all parts including core. Tank and cooling tubes, removing of existing paint and re-assembling after suitable repair/replacement of parts, baking on dust proof oven including welding on transformer body if required and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. NOTES : The unit rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include the following also:- (i) The Contractor shall produce test certificates as per IS-2026 along with high voltage tests from the firm after repairs. (ii) The rates quoted by tenderer shall include for transportation of transformer from sub station to OEM work shop and again transporting the same back after repairs and installation, commissioning to the existing location of 2pole/4pole structure or inside sub station building all directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) All the testing arrangement shall be provided by the Contractor without any extra payment. (iv) The contractor shall also furnish a gurantee certificate himself and from the firm where the transformer are repaired by the contractor for rectification of defects, if any noticed during defect liability period of 1 year from certified date of completion.

(v)The above shall however does not absolve the responsibility of the Contractor for rectification of any defects if any noticed during gurantee period of one year as per condition 46 of IAFW-2249 and the Contractor shall be solely responsible for entire completion of the work and for rectification of the defects/replacement of the items/parts as required & pointed out by the GE During defects liability of One year. (vi) Payment only for dehydration of the transformer oil & painting of the transformer & Replacement of certaion items considered separately here-in-after shall only be made for separately & all other minor repairs/replacement required & ordered by the Engineer-in-Charge for entire completetion of the work shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of the above items. (vii)Cleaning of the breathers shall be included in the quoted rates.

Dismantling of old stampings from core assembly and replaced with new steel stamping as per original pattern and guage complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L replacement of HT bush insulator with gasket set complete including taking down old insulator all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge for the following:-

75/100 KVA Capacity Transformer complete as specified and as directed.

200/250 KVA Capacity Transformer complete as specified and as directed.

M&L replacement of LT bush insulator complete with gasket set complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge for the following:-

M&L replacement of HT bush Gun metal Rod/Spindle threaded complete with nuts bolts and washer complete including taking down old bush all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge for following:-

Taking out of the following old defective part from existing transformer of capacity 75KVA to 400 KVA of any make and in lieu providing new part in the above transformer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of HV Coil in copper winding with insulation varnishing and baking coil assembly complete as specified and as directed.

Replacement of LV leg coil in copper winding with insulation varnishing and baking coil assembly complete as specified and as directed. Note:- Payment shall be made on actual weight basis i.e. actual weight of finished coil after varnishing and baking complete as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable heavy duty long neck thimble from HT cable end, Supply and fix aluminium heavy duty long neck thimble/lugs of size 95 sq mm to 120 sq mm with using crimping tool including shutdown arrangement all as directed and specified by Engr in Charge.

Shifting of Transformer capacity of 100kVA to 400kVA from substation to substation with in 500m distance complete all as directed and specified by Engineer - charge.

Disconnecting HT connections and DC connections from existing bus bar and disconnecting trolley including servicing of complete parts of VCB, cleaning with carbon tetra chloride, lubrication of mechanical parts, adjustment and calibration of complete relays etc and checking complete parts, repairs to control wiring with single core PVC insulated copper conductors of existing size as required at site of VCB of capacity 630 Amp for satisfactory running and replacement of defective spare parts, applying one coat of 11 KV insulation paint on busbar, spouts and other connected parts and reassembling the same re-connecting all HT & AC / DC connections complete in functional order including testing on existing load complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of this schedule as supply only (in replacement). These shall be identical to those specified by original manufacturer and small parts such as nuts, bolts, screws & washers required at site are deemed to be included in the cost quoted by the contractor. Note:- Calibration to be done by OEM or TANGENDCO. Test report along with guarantee certificate to be provided after the test.
