Supply & Delivery of Split airconditioner having following specification, colling Capacity - (6600-7000) Watt, ISEER rating-3.5-3.99, BEE 3/2 Star IS compliance- IS 1391, Refrigerent-R32/R410A, Compressor- Fixed Speed Air Flow Range (760-860 CFM), Evaporator and Condensor coil, Copper , Power Supply -230 V 50 Hz (Tolerance as applicable standred) [Make-Mitsubishi Electric India -GK24VA/O-General -ASGA24BMAAB/Mitshubishi Heavy-SRK24CW-S6].

Dismantling the existing AC Machines(Indoor & Outdoor unit), and mending the good damages as per direction of EIC.

Installation, testing, commissioning of Above Mentioned 2.0 TR A.C. Machines Both Indoor And Outdoor Unit.

Supply and laying of refrigerent copper pipe minimum thickness 1.15mm, liquid line 1/4" dia and gas line 5/8" dia(make- Royku/Mandeep) and insulation of copper pipe by nitril rubber insulation tube of minimum thickness 19mm(Make- Aroflex/Acoflex) incl. S&F of 4 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper wire ((Make-Havells/Finolex/Polycab) for connecting indoor and outdoor units also rapping insulation and copper wire with GKB Gold raping tape.

Supply & fixing of Dia 25mm (Make-Supreme/Oriplast) UPVC drain pipes with all necessary hanging arrangements & 9mm Heat Retardant Thermal insulutaion.

Charges for scafolding arrangement including lifting of outdoor units without damaging, also keep them untill complete the work and after complete the work dismantling the same.

Construction of MS structure for installation and future maintenanceof ACs outdoor unit made with MS C channel 50 x 50x 75 mm 6mm thick MS strip incl. grouting in wall and paintings as per direction of EIC Drawing and design to be approved by the EIC.

Less Cost of 7( Seven ) nos. 1.5/2.0 ton Split / Window Type AC Machine at MLA Hostel.

Bidders are advised to take into consideration 28% GST and 1% LWC for the item Sl. No.1, and 18% GST and 1% LWC for other items.
