Supplying and laying Bituminous polymeric membrane over the multiplas primer coat and a coat of cold Bitumen, 3MM Thickness Bitumen Layer Used For Water Proofing consisting of a central core of 90 microns thick High Molecular High Density Polyethylene (HMHDPE) film protected on both sides with polymeric asphaltic mix and further covered on both sides with protective thermofusible HMHDPE film which shall be as flashings in widths with minimum over lap of 100 mm and all joint area filled with hot bitumen sealing, after that applying suitable aluminum paint as top coat including cost of cleaning the existing roof and cost of all materials, labours, lead and lift and as instructed by the Engineer at site etc. complete.
