Schedule 'A' Section - I

Dismantling complete solar water heating system of capacity 1000 LPD including hot & cold water pipes and hot water tank complete. Checking thoroughly for repair ,taking out the solar energy collector panel of solar water heating system row carefully and setting aside for re-use after repairs.Removing the glass covers carefully and setting aside at safe place for re-use and carry out following repair works- (a) Dismantling the solar panel descaling of hot water pipes by using appropriate chemicals, cleaning and washing all copper tube throughly cleaning the complete panel, making the tubes scale free, and re-assembling the panel. (b) Brazing the leaking broken copper tubes & fins with copper alloy brazing rod to make the panel water tight (c) Cleaning hot and cold water tanks. (d) replacement of worn out missing nuts bolts, washers, union sockets, flanges and screws etc .After sucessfully repair of the complete system re-fixing back in existing position and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-All other materials shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.)

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of Weather proof flat twin core cable with aluminium conductor, size of cable 10 Sqmm 2 core confirming to IS specification including taking out existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs/replacement compressed glass wool 50 mm thick between solar energy collector panel copper tubes frame and aluminium body of panel including securing it on panel by means of necessary adhesives all as directed all as specified and directed by Eng- in -charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement aluminium sheet cover 1mm thick to protect glass wool on solar energy collector panel, fixing with frame of solar panel by means of screws all as directed and recommended by manufacturer.

Supply and fixing in replacement steel water tubing 20 mm bore medium grade galvanised with all fittings for transportation of hot water from hot water tank to supply point duly insulated and insulation secured with tape and covered with aluminum sheet 1 mm thick all as recommended by the manufacturer.

Supply and fill anti freezing chemical through heat exchanger tank of solar water heating sysytem. Making the whole system water tight and testing on completion.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed for 15 mm bore pipes including taking out existing unserviceable Gate valve complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED Solar street light fitting 12 Watt including galvanized steel pole 5 Meter height in built, lithium ion battery, solar panel, charge controller with dusk down sensor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Excavation & earth work shall be measured separately)

PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of electric poles etc including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

S & F in replacement of Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling of 0ld UNSV ACSR or AAC conductors, any type and size from the poles complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing new ACSR conductor including stringing on LT poles complete including aluminium binding wires, jumpering, bindings at insulators etc, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling stay assembly complete.(demolition of concrete, etc. and excavation measured separately)

S&F Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No-1 (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately) with stay rod 16mm dia, MS plate 6mm thick size 230x230mm, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Painting of steel tubular pole 9.0 metre long, by applying two coat of aluminium paint after scraping / brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and cross arms. Aluminium painting will be done on pole above 1.5 metre height from ground level and balance 1.5 mtr from ground level will be painted by alternate layer of black and white enameled paint (30 Cms each). Pole Nos will be written on pole by black paint in yellow circle of 150mm dia, complete, all as specified and directed. Note:- Only one coat will be applied at one time and payment at 50% of coated rate to be applied at the first time of first coat. Second coat is to be done more than 30 days after first coat.
