STEEL CENTERING: Centering for sides and soffits includig necessary supports and strutting to the required height for the folllowing RCC items using MS sheets of suitable size of B.G. 10 stiffened with welded MS angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding, laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10cmx6.5cm spaced at 90m C/C and supported by causrina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm C/C complying wth standard specification etc., completed as directed by TWAD board officers.

Supply and fabrication of steel as per IS432/1960 (Tested Quality) including fabrication charges for all RCC items schedule in the tender including cost of steel including cost of electrodes and power for wilding typing wires, space bars cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., completed and as directed by TWAD board officers.

Supply and Delivery and fixing of outside MS Ladder of 45cm clear wide made out of 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle for sides and steps in 16 mm MS plain rods fixed at 30cm C/C welded jointed etc ., providing with suitable side supports, clamps and locking arrangements provided with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of redoxide paint , for providing access to roof top of OHT of suitable inclined length , including bottom anchorage and transportation and as directed by TWAD Board officers. The rate includes concrete bed block in CC 1:2:4 using 20mm HBGS at top and bottom of suitable size with necessry anchor bolts.

Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in R.C.C. 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm and 10 mm size hard granite broken stone (machine crushed) inside access ladder 0.60m wide made with steps at 45 cm interval from roof slab to floor slab level of the S.R including cost of reinforcement, fabrication, labour charges, centering charges colour washing with cement paint of approved colour and quality in two coats etc. complete and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Providing 65 mm GI ventilating arrangements mosquito proof nylon net with 110 mm PVC pipes and cowl and as directed by TWAD Board officers

Supplying and fixing of cut stone of size 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.15 set in CM 1:3 (One cement and three sand) below the inlet pipe inside the service reservoir and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Providing manhole cover of size 0.60 x 0.60M in RCC 1:1.5:3 with suitable reinforcement and 50x50x6mm MS angle fixed along edges and as directed by TWAD Board officers

Provision for pipe connection arrangements for inlet, outlet, scour and overflow etc., including cost of pipes specials, value, labour charge for lifting, aligning, cutting, threading, fixing and painting of GI pipes with two coats of approved quality etc., complete.
