Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm. on plan), inculding dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed by Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HPPWD specification of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand : 12 graded stone 40mm agregate nominal size) for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803, 1202 and 1203.including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Structural stell work riveted, bolted or velded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

P/F M.S. BP sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling inlcluding cutting, fixsing and selding to steel roof members and aplying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely) including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Garsa stone 12mm claddding on R.C.C. surface side as on faces of Arch masonry walls etc. on 12mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) and jointed with cement slurry i/c scaffolding etc. including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting steel work with Deluxe Multi surface paint to give an even shade, two or more coat applied @0.90ltr./10 sqm over an under coat of primar applied @ 0.80/ltr/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Garsa stone 12mm cladding on R.C.C. surface side as on faces of Arch masonry walls etc. on 12mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand) amd kjointed with cement slurry i.c sacaffolding etc. complete including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
