Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting it out for laying of cable / pole in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering, and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level exc. 1.5 cm above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for crushed stone sand cushioning to UG cable, provide with the layer 8 cm before and 15 cm after laying and stretching jointing and testing the cable complete all as specified and directed . Note- Punned thickness of 18 cm shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying of factory made, machine pressed, unreinforced, pre-cast concrete cable cover class LV type-1 flate size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40mm , complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix GI Pipe Light grade with all connected accessories of sizes 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of existing road not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide including black top, sub base and WBM, well ramming in layers with watering after laying of RCC /GI pipe under road making good in all respect to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm as earthing lead buried directly in groungd vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron strip 32 X 6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers etc made of GI and connected earthing test points all as shown in electrical plate no. 5 of SSR Part-1 of 2009.00 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including exaction/earth work in any type of strata PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earthing chamber, pre cast slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 kg/sqm) funnel with grade and lugs, including galvanised iron strip 32 X 6 m with GI protection pipe of 40 mm medium grade 7.5 meter long, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and laying in replacement of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trences or passing through pipes.ducts or fixed to walls/poles completer all as specified. (Earth work, cable protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for seperately)

Supply & Installation ,testing and Commissioning in replacement of LT Panel cubical type out door floor mounted weather proof totally enclosed, (CPRI approved) factory made and made out of 3 mm thick CRCA powder coated sheet and angle iron complete with bus bar of Aluminium of suitable size for capacity 1000 Amps 3 Phase and Neutral 415 Volts 50 Hz mounted on epoxy type insulators with PCC flooring and angle iron base frame complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge including fallowing accessories:- a) MCCB 630 Amps Cap 4 Pole 50 KA 415 -1 No for( I/C) b) MCCB 200 Amp cap 4 pole 36 KA 415 Volts -2 Nos c) MCCB 160 Amp cap 3 pole 25 KA 415 Volts - 5 Nos d) Digital Volt meter with sellector switch(0-500V) - 02 Set e) Digital Amp meter with sellector switch with necessary CT (0-500A) - 02 Set f) LED indicating lamp - 02 Set Note : (i) The rates deemed to be inclusive of suitable size copper wirinng/copper strips from Main I/C MCCBs to Channge over switch, Change over switch to Main Bus bar and Bus Bar to Outgoing MCCBs complete all as specified and directed. (ii) The design of Panel, Make of complete accessories and drawing of the LT Panel should be submitted by the contractor for pre-approval from the Engineer-in-cfharge before order and execution at site.

Supply and fixing bus bar chamber size 600x 450x 300 mm outdoor type made out of MS sheet 3.0 mm thick mounted on angle iron frame dully painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and comprising of three phase and Neutral aluminum bus bar 200 amps mounted on insulators, and space bar to be provided for mounting of approx 25 Nos SPN / MCB including provisioning of foundation all as specifed and directed.

Spply and fixing in replacement of sheet metal enclosure double door TPN Vertical DB Double Door 04 Way for MCCB 160 Amp to be used complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB TPN 160 Amp 36 KA ,415 V AC ISI marked all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of sheet metal enclosure for DBs double door when MCB's to be used single pole & neutral 240 Volts 8 Ways all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of sheet metal enclosure for DBs double door when MCB's to be used single pole & neutral 240 Volts 4 Ways all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SPN 63 Amp 240 Volts AC ISI marked all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SPN 40 Amp 240 Volts AC ISI marked all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SP 6-32 Amps. 240 Volts 50 HZ complete all as directed.
