M&L for repair of LT Panel of AC Plant, floor mounted, rectangular type, by checking of MCCBs, relays, meters, busbar joints, busbar & circuit spouts etc with and including decarbonising/ cleaning of panel by applying 'Becktrol red solution' to the surface and applying of monoplast compound at the busbar joits after tightening of joints and re asembling including repair of PCC works, replacing of burnt out cable end treminals and jointing of earth connection complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) MCCBs, contacts, relays, meters and timers will be paid and measured separately under the relevant items. (ii) An inventory has to be prepared for defective parts and signed by Engineer-in-charge and contrctor while checking the worn out/ defective parts.

S&F in repair including connecting and testing of MCCB 16KA, 3 pole, 50Hz, 415V AC, Ics = 100% Icu, thermal magnetic release with thermal adjustable – 0.8 to 1In, magnetic Adjustable – 5 to 10In, in existing panel and connecting to bus-bar with all connecting accessories and modification in busbar (if Necessary) complete all as specified and directed of following capacities:-

S&F in repair 3 pole power contactor of following capacity (AC1 rating), heavy duty, 415 Volt AC, with auxiliary contactors of (2No+2NC) with coil voltage complete all as specified and directed :-

ML-3 type, 45 Amp.

S&F in repair overload relay, direct mounting type suitable for ML series contactor and connecting to contactor with all connecting accessories including testing complete all as specified and directed of following capacities:-

S&F in repair electronic timer, type ST 100, suitable for 240/ 360/ 415V complete all as specified and directed of following capacities:-

M&L for servicing of indoor unit of air cooled air conditioning plant package type of following capacity by opening front grill, bottom grill cleaning filters, by spraying water jet, removing dust/ dirt from package unit all over, checking electric connection, checking any leakage by applying soap solution on joint & liquid/ vapour lines properly checking functionality of all spares & replacing the same under relevent item of schedule & put the air conditioner into operation complete all as specified and directed :- Note : (i) Spare parts will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Sliding the filter out and washing it with water and drying in the shade, reinstalling the same.

S&F in repair of suction & discharge valve of compressor 5.5TR of capacity (Make: BOCK Compressor) by means of replacing the teflon washer sheet, suction & discharge valve ring, spring, 'O' rings, gaskets etc complete and testing for proper holding of valve, leak testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: The unit rate quoted shall deemed to be include the cost of suction & discharge valve and shall be considered as one job.

M&L for servicing/ overhauling including repairs and maintenance of Cooling tower of capacity 36 TR, water cooled chiller type Central AC plant by dismanlting/ taking down the CT fan motor of flange mounted extended type shaft upto 5 HP, 3 phase, 415volts, 50Hz along with fan assembly, and including cleaning & removal of scales, inspection, cleaning and replacement of PVC fills, PVC eliminator, FRP louvers, motor cover, splash cups etc complete including renewal of all corroded bolts & nuts, terminal block, and re-assembling, fixing in position, fixing of fan blade, and alignment of the fan blade for the suitable air throw of the cooling tower, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of anticorrosive paint after preparation of surfaces, testing & commissioning the cooling tower motor complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Spares/ parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) An inventory has to be prepared for defective parts and signed by Engineer-in-charge and contrctor while checking the worn out parts. (iii) The rates inclusive for all T&P, chemicals required for cleaning, FRP compound, nut bolts etc complete for keeping the cooling tower in operational condition.

M&L for Servicing of Air Handling Units (AHU) by removing the filter, vacuumising the filter, washing the filter and re-installing the cleaned filter, brush the cooling coil and spray the foam coil cleaner including rinsing of coil, alignment of shaft & motor, servicing of chilled water line strainer for the AHUs, tightening of terminals of motor, replacement of V belts, replacement of bearings complete all as specified and directed of following capacity of AHU plant :- Note: The unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of blowing out the dust, chemical cleaning by spraying the organic based scale removing agent (Vaniklin) at the appropriate ratio till removal of complete dust & scale deposits in the fin area of evaporator coil, flushing through for proper air flow across the coil, cleaning of expansion valve; greasing of blower motor, checking of electrical connection, cleaning of air filters,greasing of blower motor, replacement of unserviceable bearings, V belts, water drain lines, renewal of rusted sheet metal screws and testing & commissioning the unit.
