Painting New Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of following size and Variety (Jet Black sizes 4x2 and above, 18mm to 20mm Thick ) with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work)

Supply of well decomposed Farm yard Manure in a powdery form, devoid of soil sand, stones, plastics and other materials, highly nutrient and which supports plant growth.

Supply & stacking of red earth at site to the departmental guage for pre-measurements which is of light textured, crystalline, porous and friable and not of generally acidic or neutral but not of alkaline and should be fertile, including seignior age charges, cost of transportation, loading, unloading, stacking and inclusive of all taxes etc., complete.

Mixing charges of Red soil, sand and manure uniformly (1:1:1) for Preparation of soil mixture (excluding material cost)

Spreading of red soil, gravel or sand including watering and rolling which hand roller for every 75 mm thickness - including hire charges of roller.
