TTPS Operation Circle MPM-II AC Plant Renewing the motor and pump MS bed frame, rectifying the concrete bed and commissioning of cooling water pump A, B and C at DCS II, providing Air ducts in the server room of DCS 1 and Machining etc.,

Charges for decoupling the 3.7 KW motor and pump after dismantling the suction and discharge cooling water pipe lines and releasing the motor and pump assembly including the rates for lead and lift, T&P hire charges and consumables.

Charges for fabrication of MS bed frame of size 900 x 250mm by using 100 x 50mm channels to the required size cutting, welding and fabricating outer frame with 2 Nos cross supporting channels pump and motor, providing motor bed supports at a height of 100mm over the frame by cutting and welding including hire charges for welding m/c cutting set and required T & Ps and consumables etc (MS Channels under Contractor scope)

Material on Contractor scope: MS Channel size 100 x 50 length 9.9mtr

Charges for drilling 4 Nos of 16mm holes on frame for grouting and drilling 8 Nos 16 mm holes in bed for fixing pump and motor including hire charges m/c and required T & Ps and consumables etc.

Charges for cutting and removal of wornout grouting bolts, old concrete and chipping of 4 numbers square pocket to the size of 100 X100 and 150mm depth for fixing the grouting bolt.

Charges for filling the bed size (900 x 250) mm with RCC using cement with 12 mm machine crushed HBG and curing the bed etc., including cost of consumables and hire charges for T & Ps etc.,

Charges for erection of released pump and motor on the bed connecting the suction and discharge pipe lines and checking alignment the pump & motor trial run checking fixing the material Tyre flex coupling and commissioning the rate including T&P and consumables.

Sand blasting and Rubber lining in the newly erected air duct surface area of DCS I Server room AC duct at Unit I feeder floor.

Charges for fabrication and erection of new air duct size (0.3+0.3)mtr length 20mtr by 1mm thick for providing the unit 1 UCB Server room by tapping from DCS I AC duct and leading through feeder floor. The rates include T&P hire charges, and necessary consumables etc., ( 1mm thick GI sheet under contractor scope).

Charges for 1 No. Air grill fabrication by 1mm thick GI Sheet at workshop end and fixing in the newly erected of air duct of the DCS I server room AC Duct. (The rates including material of GI sheet & consumables etc.)

Charges for fixing the machined AC motor pulley Size 2 groove PCD 257 (1no.) & PCD 375 (2 nos.) in the compressor 'A' of the Switchyard -I, Unit 1 & Unit 3 AC Plant and renewing the V Belt size spc 3000 .The rates including T&P hire charges, key & consumables etc.(The motor pulley will be supply by the TANGEDCO)
