M&L for 20mm thick polished granite (of any type) machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete as in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut cuddappa stone 20 to 22 mm thick both side polished, fixed independently in shelves for cooking platform and the like etc, bedded & jointed in CM 1:3, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs and polishing in edges, such as in steps,shelf cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L wax polished machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring, treads etc 20-25 mm thick, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and mirror polishing, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The size of kota stone slab shall not be less than 550mmx550mm (cut size except the location where balanced).

M&L for Coloured chequerred cement concrete glazed tiles glossy finished of size 30cmx30cmx22mm thick in floor laid and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigment laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder / PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc, complete all as specified and directed.
