M&L for disconnecting electric connection and taking down/ keep aside the air conditioner (Split/Window)/Water Cooler/Refrigerator/Deep Freezer including stabilizer of any make and capacity,servicing the same as cleaning inside, by mean of cleaning of filter, remove dust from body, tightening of loose nut bolt, washer, rubber gasket and tightening of loose wiring, loose connection and replacement of unserviceable parts, wornout, nutbolt, washers, gasket etc and necessary cutting, welding/soldering works with replacement of rusted body parts with new MS/GI Sheets of suitable size and made functional the equipment fully and re-assembling and re-installation in same/other position and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: All new spare parts will be measured and paid separately under the respective items.

M&L for detection and rectification of leakages in gas line by necessary brazing in 1.5 Ton/2.0 Ton window / split type AC/refridgerartor/deep freezer/water cooler of any model and any make and ensuring the complete systems leak proof including checking the system and replacement of required spare parts including charging of refrigerant gas R-134A / R 22 or any other refridgerant gas as required with appropriate quantity including testing for smooth functioning and re-assembling and re-installation in same/other position complete all as specified and directed. Note: All new Spare parts, will be measured and paid separately under the respective items.

M&L for dismantling of unserviceable/worn hermetically sealed unit compressor from window /Split type AC and replacement with new one compressor, suitable for existing same model/make of capacity 1.5/2 TR split/window type AC including brazing with suction and discharge line, checking the system for leak proof and inclduing charging of refrigerant gas R-134 A /R 22 in appropriate qty after making vaccum the complete system and testing the AC for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only the following items required in repairs of equipments mentioned against Ser item No 1.00 & 2.00 above. Note : All the repairs shall ensured to be carried out at MES store yard including transportation of equipment shall be contractor's own arrangment.

Taking out the unserviceable sealed compressor unit from water cooler and S&F New Sealed compressor unit of existing sample, suitable for 40/80 Ltr capacity of water cooler replace with new compressor (duly tested) and checking the complete system for leak proof and including charging of refrigerant gas R-134 a in appropriate quantity and testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 05 KVA wall mounted type stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type designed for input variation between 170Vto 285V and with output voltage stabilizer at 230V with accuracy of +/-2.5% complete and taking out old unserviceable stabilizer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing the Desert Cooler from the site and re-fixing after cleaning the Desert Cooler body from inside and outside using sand paper to make the smooth surface and painting two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer as per exiting colour outside and inside the cooler, including oiling and greasing of fan kit, water pump motor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F new wooden wool pad, set of three Nos, covered by GI wire mesh suitable for desert cooler including taking out the old unserviceable exiting pad complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of old unserviceable water pumping kit (with pump) of Desert Cooler (ISI marked) single phase, 220 AC, 15 to 18 watt suitable for Desert Cooler complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable fresh air fan (Fan kit) from desert cooler and supply and fixing new fresh air fan kit 220 Volts single phase as per exiting sample/ size and fixing in same position by providing new nut, bolts, washer, MS frame/side arms and rubber pads etc including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable motor of Desert Cooler any size of make, rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of same size bush, bearing, shaft and refixing in the same position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of 3 pin plug top 5 Amp 230 V AC for connection lead of Desert Cooler complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of steel multi wing fan blade set of best quality as per exiting type and size suitable for Desert Cooler complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Desert Cooler body of size 30" x 30" x 35" complete with both side panels, front panel, side arms, tank, frontgrill made of 1 mm thick PGI sheet etc including fixing the exiting fan kit & Pump motor received from old unserviceable Desert Cooler including all electrical connections, testing and commisioning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceilling fan/exhaust/air circulating fan of any size or make by disconnecting electric connection and removing from site for rewinding, servicing, painting of fans and refixing the same position complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning, washing, greasing, oiling and varnishing of ceiling fan of any size and make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for opening and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing size of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep including transportation complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Ser No.34.00 above but for exhaust fans of any size (200mm/250mm/450 mm) sweep.
