Dismantling and removing brick or stone masonry up to 3m height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and ramming the debris with in 50m lead etc with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work excavation in foundation hard soil including moorum, stoney earth mixed with boulders with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth away from the work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P and cess required for the work and etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty of all the materials required for the work labour with T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth using Flyash bricks of 25x12x8 cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 50 kg./sq.cm including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and cur belling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete and compacting in layers not exceeding 15cm thick with proper packing and ramming each layer of concrete by means of vibrator including watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M25 with clean hard crusher broken granite chips of 20mm and down graded size of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete with necessary slope and smoothness to receive tar felting or terracing, watering and curing for four weeks, centring, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface and ceiling smooth to receive white washing or painting providing grooves or beads and fan hooks as per requirement in ceiling where necessary, cost of water, including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending and binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 12mm thick Cement plaster in C.M (1:6) to brick work finished smooth including watering curing and scaffolding with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing Weather coat of approved shade on new work two coats to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coats with approved shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing Steel Angle Iron Door frame manufactured from standard rolled steel angle section 40 mmx 40 mmx 6 mm size with cornered of the frame duly metered and electrically welded with fish tailed hold fasts made out of M.S. flats of size 200 mm x 50 mm x 30 mmx 5 mm thick welded to the frame at the rate of 6 nos per frame with 10 mm dia M.S round bar to be welded at the bottom at the bay with M.S. hinges of size 100 mm & 14SWG thick at the rate of 3 nos & 50 mm size one no for single leaf shutter aldrop, staple & tower bolt hinges duly welded to the frame with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide zinc chrome primer including 1% cess as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats over a coat of primer with any approved paint with brush to wood/iron work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of 80 mm thick cement concrete inter locking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc complete in all respect confirming to IRC SP--63:2018.

Supplying fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90 mtrs C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in staircase as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with coist, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour and T&P required for the work all complete in all respect

Providing and fixing glazed tiles in floors, treads of steps and landing on 25mm th bed of cement mortar (1:1) (1 cement:1 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance, taxes & labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing glazed tiles in dados, skirting and rises of steps on 12mm th cement plaster (1:3) (1cement:3sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance, taxes & labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge
