Upload Letter of Authorization, in compliance to SL No. 14 of Annexure-I of the Tender Document, to demonstrate compliance with the Authorization.

Upload Self-attested copy of Pan card of the tenderer or the firm.

Upload Declaration as per Annexure II in the name of the tenderer/firm.

Upload Details of Geologist (1 no.) & Drilling Engineer (2 no.) in compliance to SL No. 13 of Annexure-I of the Tender Document, to demonstrate compliance with the Financial Capability criteria.

Upload,a Valid Form 7-A Certificate, issued by Competent Authority along with valid Civil license (Class I & above) as per Sl 1 of Annexure I of Tender document

Upload documents in support of the availability of Equipment and Machinery, as specified at Sl. No. 6 of Annexure-I of the Tender Document, demonstrating the availability of one independent owned rig and one backup rig (owned or hired) for each tender, to establish compliance with the Machinery Capability criteria.

Upload the Income Tax Returns (ITRs) filed, as specified at Sl. No. 11 of Annexure-I of the Tender Document, to demonstrate compliance with the Financial Capability criteria.

Upload the Annual Turnover Certificate, duly issued by a Chartered Accountant with a valid UDIN (Unique Document Identification Number), as specified at Sl. No. 3 of Annexure-I of the Tender Document, to demonstrate compliance with the Financial Capability criteria.

Upload valid GST registration Certificate along with Annexure issued by Competent Authority.

Upload the Line of Credit / Credit Facility Certificate, issued by any Bank, as specified at Sl. No. 7 of Annexure-I of the Tender Document, to demonstrate compliance with the Credit Capability criteria.

Upload a self-attested copy of the Qualification Information (Bid Capacity) in the format prescribed under Section 3 of the Tender Document, as specified at Sl. No. 8 of Annexure-I, to demonstrate compliance with the Bid Capacity criteria.

Upload the audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement, duly certified with a valid UDIN by a Chartered Accountant, as specified at Sl. No. 10 of Annexure-I of the Tender Document, to demonstrate compliance with the Financial Capability criteria.
