Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd in the proportion/quantity all as per Manufacture's instructions.Complete. Stage 3:- Apply Dr Fixit Primeseal primer or Equivalent of STP Ltd (and allow to dry for 8 hours) all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 4:- Apply two coats of water proofing elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoats with DFT 100 Micron or shalicry 215 of STP (The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 5:- Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with Integral water proofing chemical Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 6. All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dr Fixit pidicrete URP all as per Manufacture's instruction. Stage 7:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 40mm dia medium grade GI spout for draining the surplus water if any . Stage 8:- Carry out ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion.water tightness of repaired sunken portion and filling of sunken portion for cement concrete Type E2 1:5:10 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in lean concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Only plan area shall be measured and accorded for payment under this item. (b) Depth of sunken portion of WC's/Baths shall be upto 35cm, which is to be taken into account while quoting the rate against this item. (c) Rate quoted by Contractor shall be deemed to be included for all the horizontal and verticale treated surfaces of sunken portions of WC & Bath.

Dismantling of roof terracing cement / brick concrete (un-reinforced) and existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position and of any portion from top of roof of building, cleaning surface of roof with wire brush / mechanical brush and with water thoroughly to remove all dust / dirt and loose particles to expose base concrete roof slab and removal of rubbish / demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate with 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions water proofing as in levelling course, haunching, coping and similar works over RCC roof surface and RCC over head tank top surface including rounded or chamferred on edges and formwork etc all as specified and directed.
