(iii) Construction of Box Culvert at Km 1/2, 1/4, 2/2 and ODR Culvert.

Providing Barrier Type Kerb for median / islands using vibrated cement concrete of grade M20 (1:1.5:3) Nominal mix using 20 and 12mm ISS HBG metal from approved quarry, including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite, including hire and fuel charges of all the machineries employed for this work, including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing, painting, including all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per drawing and standard specification.

(iv) Providing Pier Protection.

Supply and fixing of SFRC Man hole Cover 750mm x 750mm with Frame as per IS 12592:2002 and as directed by the Departmental Officers for fixing at every interval on Top slab of drain including all incidental charges etc., complete for Drain.

(v) Construction of Storm Water Drain at Km 0/8-2/2.

Providing and fixing 160mm dia PVC pipes of approved class not less than 4 kg/m2 connecting the drainage spouts of the deck slab along both sides of the deck slab connected to the Rainwater harvesting system below every third span with all bends tees clamps and all other accessories and fixures complete including tools and plants, transporation etc.,

(vi) Providing Deck Drainage.

Filling with M Sand including cost and conveyance of all materials and stacking at site to departmental guage for premeasurements, labour charges for laying, handling and filling in layers not more than 15 cm thick including watering with all leads for good soft water and all other incidental charges, tamping, compacting under optimum moisture content to get the maximum density for the pit and Rain water harvesting well.

(vi) Providing Deck Drainage.

Filling with 40mm size ISS HBG metal in the rain water harvesting system including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges for filling complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

(vi) Providing Deck Drainage.

Filling with 20mm size ISS HBG metal in the rain water harvesting system including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges for filling complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

(vi) Providing Deck Drainage.

Filling with 12mm size ISS HBG metal in the rain water harvesting system including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges for filling complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing Dowel Bars in foundation using bars not less than 25mm dia in 40mm holes for the required depth and grouting in cement mortar including cost and conveyance of all cost and conveyance of all materials to site including the all other labour and incidental charges including the cost of the drilling and all other tools and plants employed etc., complete as per standard specifications for FOUNDATION OF PIERS.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-39, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated finegrained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 1000C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 516.

(vii) Construction of Substructure and Super Structure in Railway Portion.

Supplying, fabrication, assembling of all types of steel girders of specified spans with structural steel conforming to Quality "B0" Grade Designation E350 conforming to IS:2062, erection / slewing / end launching of steel girders with cranes or any other approved launching methods as per site conditions (not requiring traffic block) on sub-structure including provision of trolley refuges etc., complete as per approved QAP and drawings conforming to IRS-B1-2001 and other relevant codes and specifications. Note: 1. Detailed fabrication and erection drawings & launching methodology will be prepared by the contractor and got approved from Railway. 2. The rate is all inclusive including launching in position, complete in all respect, except cost of (i) painting / Metalising; (ii) Bearings & (iii) HSFG Bolts which shall be paid extra under relevant item. 3) The payment shall be made on the theoretical weight of main components and gusset plates only. 4) Payment Schedule : (i) Receipt of materials at site : 40% (ii) Fabrication of girders : 20% (iii) Erection / Launching : 20% (iv) Completion in all respects : 20%

Painting two coat with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint and approved priming coat over the cement surface complete including scrapping clean removal of dirt parts for crash barrier, safety kerb, hand rails, bridge bottom sides, deck slab bottom, abutment , return walls and retaining wall sides with approved quality and colour including cost and converance of all materials to site , labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications.

(vii) Construction of Substructure and Super Structure in Railway Portion.

Supplying and fixing HSFG Bolts, of any dia and any length with suitable nuts including DTI washers conforming to IRS-B1-2001 for Bridges and steel Structures with Contractors, labours, tools and plants and lead and lift etc., complete.

Metallizing of steel work of Girders with sprayed aluminium after surface preparation by sand/ grit blasting followed by one coat of etch primer (IS:5666) & one coat of zinc chrome primer(IS:104) and two coats of aluminium paint(IS:2339) with all labour, T &P and material as a complete job duly confirming to all relevant specifications and process given under Clause 39 of IRS -B1-2001. Note: Nominal thickness of sprayed aluminium coating shall be 150 microns. DFT of zinc chrome, primer shall be 25-30 microns and DFT of each coat of aluminium paint shall be 12-14 microns.
