REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF JOINERY, PLUMBING, TILLING, SANITARY FITTING, STEEL GATE, ROLLING SHUTTER ETC IN DGQA AREA UNDER AGE B/R-I OF GE (I) KANPUR CANTT

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC Type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in leveling /sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) of size 400 x 400 mm , in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 600 x 600 mm size 8 to 10mm thick polished Vitrified Ceramic tiles of approved colour as in floors etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 above but as in skirting over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L first quality coloured glazed ceramic, joint free tiles fixed in pattern of different colour including border of size 300x450x7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles laid on and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3), including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Pattern of the tiles will be decided by GE at the time of execution.

M&L for 18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite

M&L for 18-20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring, steps of stair(treads), set with neat grey cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm, laid over and including 20mm thick cement and sand mortar (1:6) screed bed/bedding layer, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the sahde of the slab including rubbing and polishing damaged stone slab of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20mm thick as in skirting/dado, riser of steps, laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4), set in neat grey cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm, and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down and refixing the door shutter with frame in same opening after Easing of door / window shutters of any size / any number of panels for easy closing / opening tightening of hinges or changing the position of hinges adjustments of tower bolts, sliding bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.
