Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in shelves, including setting in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing with neat cement punning on exposed surfaces but ,excluding the cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface complete

Supplying pig lead at site of work.

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valves (with cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) : 150 mm diameter

Providing and fixing C.I. double acting air valve of approved quality with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. complete (The tail pieces, tapers etc if required will be paid separately) :

Providing and laying S&S C.I. Standard specials such as tees, bends, collars tapers and caps etc, suitable for flanged jointing as per IS : 1538 :

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling gravels of size range 5 mm to 10 mm, in the recharge pit, over the existing layer of boulders, in required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Collection of Removal of chocked filter media materials by manuallt and taking out excavated materials, stacking the same with in 50 m lead and 1.50 m lifts asper the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or apart thereof in a filter media materials/ aggregates.

Removal and refixing of perforated RCC slab from filteration tanks and re-setting the same inside filtration tanks after cleaning of perforated slab & inside drain etc. complete. ( as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge)

Supply, filling, spreading & leveling river sand of size range 1.5 mm to 2 mm in recharge pit, in required thickness over gravel layer, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for Carriage of materials by head load upto lead of 100 mtrs and lift upto 20 mtrs

Stone aggregate below 40 mm nominal size.
