Required1) Class V (Upto 50 Lakhs) civil Registration holders and above eligible who are having valid registration only can participate in tender.
RequiredThe bidder shall upload Copy of PAN and IT returns of 2024-2025 or later certificate while submitting bids.
RequiredThe bidder who will quote more than 25% less should submit the ASD amount at time of Agreement.

RequiredAs per the G.O.Ms.No.294 for the works costing Rs.5.00 lakhs and above, the bidder shall upload the calculation sheet of 3AN-B.
RequiredThe successful bidder after allotting the work has to submit balance 1.5% EMD in the form of online Challan in GHMC website.
RequiredPayments will be done as per seniority of the bid submitted and will be subject to the existence of adequate funds within the relevant head of account. Agency shall not request for priority payment in any case. Any such requests by the agencies will not be entertained by GHMC.
RequiredAgencies shall not depend on payment of part bills to ensure completion of work on timely basis. Hence the agency shall not stop or slow down the work citing delays in payment of part bills
RequiredFor all works costing Rs. 20.00 Lakh and below, there shall be only one bill i.e., first and final bill. No running account bills shall be paid to the agencies by GHMC in any circumstance.
RequiredViolation of any of the above special conditions will make the agency liable for being recommended for demotion to a lower class / suspension of business / removal from appro037ved list as per GOs in vogue.
RequiredStatement-IV showing works on hand must be uploaded by the contractors if any discrepancies found in statement-IV the contractors will be imposed ban / suspension to participate in future tenders of latest.
RequiredFor the works costing Rs.5.00 lakhs and above, the bidder shall upload the details of existing commitments i.e., Turn over certificate duly certfied by CA,UDIN number and turnover uploaded during tender should match with turnover updated in UDIN website and work on hand .
RequiredQuality Assurance Certificates viz., EN16630/DIN79000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 must be submitted for gym equipments only.
RequiredThe Gym / Sports Equipments should be maintained in good condition and free service for the Equipment?s shall be provided for succeeding 2 year or else the penalty will be imposed.
RequiredSimilar nature of work with experience certificate from competent authority.
RequiredThe bidder should be authorized dealer or manufacturer for the gym items.
