1.Strengthening of the road From STVroad to NGO Nagar Km 0/0 - 1/0 at Pachal Panchayat in Jolarpet Block (R191)

Clearing the scrub jungles including cutting the scrubs and removing away from site etc complete

Earthwork excavation in all classes of soils and subsoils including shoring and strutting with initial lead and lift etc complte, as per MOST specification asper SS20 A.

Collection and supply of Girrty gravel for side berms and labour charges for filling etc complete

Picking BT surface upto 5cm of old metalled surface, cambering and sectioning of carriage way etc.,

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying PRIME COAT over the WMM surface using 7.00 Kg of Bituminous Emulsion SS I for 10 sqm. Including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying prime coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

Providing and laying TACK COAT over the WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bituminous Emulsion RS I for 10 sqm. Including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying tack coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

Providing and laying of bituminous macadam of 50mm compacted thick using 0.20 cum of 26.50 - 13.20mm IRC size HBG metal, 0.43 cum of 13.20 - 2.36 mm IRC size HBG metal and 0.08 cum of 2.36mm and below IRC HBG machine crushed chips with 3.5% of bitumen for overall weight of mixed materials in hot mix plant for 10 sqm of Bituminous Macadam including premixing the material with bitumen 60/70 by required weight in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 125mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete. (Using Paver Finisher & Vibratory Roller)

Providing and laying the premix carpet with seal coat type a for 20mm thickness using 0.18 Cum of 13.2 mm IRC HBG metal and 0.09 Cum of 11.2 mm IRC HBG metal with 14.60 Kg of bitumen for pre mixing 10 Sqm of premix carpet ,for seal coat using 0.09 Cum of 6.70 mm chips with 9.80 Kgs of bitumen per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of materials to the work site and stacking them to the Dept metric gauge for the premeasurement, heating the bitumen in bitumen boiler, heating the aggregates and mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant for premix carpet only rolling by 20 - 30 T Vibtatory roller, hire charges and fuel charges for mini hot mix plant bitumen boiler power roller and all other tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 509 of most specifications
