Modification & Extension of MV Switchgear of Substation-53

Extension of PCC Panel of Substaion-53 I. 53-PC-302 Switchgear panel (6 Nos. extension panels 3 nos. on each side of Main Bus bar) 4000A,415V, 50Hz, 50kA for 1 sec., 3 phase, 4wire, Single Front, Compartmentalized, Drawout Type, form 4B type separation, Existing PCC with 2 incomers & 1 bus coupler, Metal enclosed switchboard with Aluminum main busbar material, Internal Arc tested as per TR-61641:2014, full short circuit current i.e. 50kA for duration of 0.5 sec. along with PRESSURE FLAP releasing Arc gases, Meters, Relays with IEC 61850 protocol, Auxiliary relays, Protection, indication, alarms, Redundant Ethernet Switch & other components required for communication including looping FO cable , New Marshalling cabinet arrangement same as existing, etc., as applicable with all necessary accessories. Protection relay parametrization its associated software / hardware for each type of relay shall be considered. For Details of extension panel refer Single line diagram No. 44AC750000/E.01/0223/A0 for outgoing feeder details. + Required Hardware / Software for Hook-up with existing ECS / SCADA / DCS / Third Party equipment and necessary site support + Third Party inspection as per QAP, Supply of Start-up & Commissioning spares, Special tools & tackles for above items shall be in scope of manufacturer.

Extension of ASB Panel of Substation-53 I. 53-AS-320 ASB panel (1 No. extension panel on left side of Main Bus bar) 630A,415V, 50Hz, 50kA for 1 sec., 3 phase, 4wire, Single Front, Compartmentalized, Drawout Type, form 4B type separation, ASB with 2 incomers & 1 bus coupler, Metal enclosed switchboard with Aluminum main busbar material, Meters, Relays, Auxiliary relays , Protection, indication, alarms, New marshalling cabinet arrangement as per existing panel, etc., as applicable with all necessary accessories. Protection relay parametrization & testing kits with its associated software / hardware for each type of relay shall be considered. Please refer drawing No. 44AC7500-00/E.01/0226/A0 for outgoing feeders. + Required Hardware / Software for Hook-up with existing ECS / SCADA / DCS / Third Party equipment and necessary site support + Third Party inspection as per QAP, Supply of Start-up & Commissioning spares, Special tools & tackles for above items shall be in scope of manufacturer.
