OVERLAY- PU BASED ELASTOMERIC LIQUIED MEMBRANE SYSTEM FOR EXPOSED ROOF : Providing and applying polyurethane liquid roof waterproofing with improved water ponding capability, elastomeric high build liquid membrane for concrete roofs for exterior wall and exposed surface with solid content not less than 80% and solar reflective index not less than 106 as per (ASTM E1980-19)/tear strength ~20 N/mm (Free film, 14 days, +30 degree C) (ASTM D624) and tensile strength >= 2 N/mm2 (ASTM D4541), elongation 350 to 400% as per ASTM D412 and crack bridging ability upto 2mm. (a) After proper surface preparation, Apply one coat of Primer for PU coating as per manufacturers specification. (b) Apply 1st coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD (white) @ 650 gm / m²(minimum) or equivalent by brush / roller while prime surface is tacky, Spread waterproofing reinforced Glass Fiber mash of 45 GSM with overlaps of 50 mm in both directions when the surface is still tacky. Allow 1st coat to dry. (c ) Apply 2nd & 3rd coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD (white) @ 650 gm / m² (minimum) or equivalent by brush/roller. Make : Fosroc/Sika/Choksey/Bostik/STP/ Asian Paints/Berger Paints Note : (i) The Minimum dry film thickness (DFT) of roof treatment shall be 1.5mm if any shortfall in thickness of above treatment the same shall be achieved by additional coat. (ii) The procurement of material and execution of the work of water proofing treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator approved by GE. (iii) The manufacturer/authorised applicator shall give a warranty for the performance & durability for 10 years.

M&L for levelling course for roof slab, Type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) for maintaining proper roof slope, filling the depression and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Dismantling for floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

S&F factory made white coloured 3-Track UPVC Sliding Window are made of UPVC extruded profile with wall thickness of 2.3 mm (+0.2mm) , window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, Frame (122 mm x 54 mm) , sliding glazed sash (80 mm x 47 mm), mesh sash (64 x 47 mm) sliding interlock (one vertical length in each shutters) (43 mm x 50.5 mm), glazed bead (29.5 mm x 21.8mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket, 1.5 mm (+0.2 mm) thick galvanised steel in frame 02 Nos, sliding sadh and sliding mesh sash to be inserted in required profile , frame will be fixed to the wall with 8 mm x 100 mm long fasteners complete as per manufacturer's specifications and directions of Engr in Charge.

Clean the same using air or blower and make sure that there are no fine particles present in the hole and filled the holes with one or two component styrene free vinylester resin anchor or two components, styrene & cement free epoxy- acrylate fixing and anchoring compound. At this stage push the shear connector gently in to the hole and finish the excess resin which comes out of the hole and allow the shear connectors not to be disturbed for Minimum 20 minutes. Supply, Laying DWC pipe size 77 mm OD/ 63 mm ID by Excavated Method complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for boring hole under road,pavement , hard standing by trenchesless for laying DWC pipe suitable for outer dia of cable passing without damaging Road / Plinth /Floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not ecxceedinf 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Removal of Excavated material n exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
