Material and labour for point wiring 1100 volt grade single core FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor 1.50 sqmm drawn in and including electrical grade PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia with IS 9537 (Part-III) 1983 marked medium grade concealed in wall/ceiling including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.50 sqmm modular boxes sunk on wall for mounting of any type modular switches, switch sockets, fan regulator etc including modular cover with frame any size including dummy switches wherever required complete all as specified and making good disturbed surfaces for one light point controlled by one, one way switch, complete all as specifed and directed. Note :- Cost of cable provided from sub main DB to respective switch board in rooms shall be included in the quoted point wiring rate. All switches, fan, sockets, ceiling roses and holders shall be connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but with 2.5 sqmm copper conductor with 2.5 sqmm earthwire for geyser point.

Supply and fix MCB single pole 240 volt 6 to 32 amps 10 KA, breaking capacity, 'C' series complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan 250mm sweep, made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding with nuts & bolts, washers etc, connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from fitting to ceiling rose, complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix exhaust fan, metal body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300m sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers with nuts & bolts, washers etc, connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from fitting to ceiling rose, complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for making hole of suitable size for 300/250 sweep sweep exhaust fan in wall or window with grill etc and including grouting bolts, cutting chasing and plastering, painting etc., to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.
