   "Item is to be procured from proven sources i.e successful suppliers of same item to Zonal Railways. Only Manufacturer of the item or its authorized dealers /agents should be eligible to quote. Suppliers should submit copy of R/Notes of Railways, Inspection certificate etc as proof of past performance along with the Bid. Non submission of proof for past performance, offers may be rejected. Purchase orders & Invoice will not be considered as Past Performance." .
