Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed

M & L coloured vitrified tiles Light shade 8 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polish of size 600 mm x 600 mm coloured cut to required size set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles as in floor incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of design as approved 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) of size 400 mm x 400 mm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300 x 450 x 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as dado / skirting / risers to steps etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of tiles over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The size of tiles (except thickness) may be varied during execution without any price adjustment.

M&L 16 to 18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base flooring average 25 mm thick surface finished even and rough (as in levelling course) to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, of any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.
