Supply and fix New generation, post top, IP-65energy saving environmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed with 360 degree indirect light, aluminium landscape luminarie with high power LEDs as light source 40W LED with suitable size GI pipe for fixing the light and electric connection all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty 1100 Volts grade with multy stranded aluminium conductor of size 6 Sqmm 2 Core, including glands, lugs, nut, bolts, washers, saddlings as required at site, testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of 1100 Volts weather proof cable flat three core with copper conductor, 2.5 Sqmm , all as specified and directed.

M & L for junction box top hijed hot press moulded SMC of inside dimension size 240x130x110mm and outside dimention 280x170x130mm with locking arrangements consisting of necessary suitable arrangements for incoming & out going cables with cable glands & having MCB SPN 20 Amps on necessary base plate and porcelain base including necessary flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts & washers all as specified and directed. Make- Sintex Industries Ltd or equivelent make.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metres wide and not exceeding1.5 metres in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in for water pipe line etc and getting out, trimming the sides, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed .

Returning, filling in, including spreading , leveling , watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm each layer all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand cushioning to underground cables provided with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying the cable in trenches and 15cm thick after laying the cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned down thickness shall only be measured.

M&L for Sub class ‘B’bricks for covering to cable laid dry flat ,with width equal to the length of brick.

M&L Cutting existing road/ PCC foot path not Exc 0.45 m width and not exc 0.60 m in depth including all connected earth work and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing suface in similar specification and finish complete all as directed

S & F Steel pipe glavanised light grade of 25 mm dia laid in trenches or under ground/floor or road of fixed with pole for protection of cable including cams with bolts nuts ans wasers complete as spacified.

M & L for Point wiring with two runs of 1.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor with 1.5 sqmm earth wire and including PVC casing caping with all accessories complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix PVC flexible outlet pipe 60cm long heavy duty suitable type for hot water application of 12mm bore with brass coupling, nuts, washers at both ends complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair stop cock cast copper alloy both ends screwed suitable for 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 15mm bore and M & L for steel water tubing of 15mm bore medium grade galvanised with all fittings to wall and ceiling or laid in tranches complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral with two pin earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 amps, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel fabrication work for mounting storage type water heater of any capacity on existing angle section or stud, using equal angle iron section/flat iron or any other section of steel induding necessary welding, bending etc. and painting with two coats of black colour enemelled paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed surcfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair bib cock cast copper alloy of size 15mm dia complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm grade stone aggreegates for coping of poles all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing CI/GI distribution main in position for taking out branch connection of upto 300mm bore pipe by inserting Tee/Collar etc.
