Dismantling and removal of Brick Masonry work (BW) in Cement Mortar above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100 m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Chipping of concrete and roughening the surface including all labour, tools, equipments etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork excavation in trenches for foundation in sand and other loose soils not exceeding 1.50m in width and including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 1.50m including getting out of the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m and lift of 1.50m, cost including shuttering, strutting, bailing out seepage of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One part of cement, 3 parts of M.Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & 6 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) ( One cement, five M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) using chamber burnt bricks for walls in Ground Floor of the building including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, three Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete omplying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., and excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement grills for all RCC works in all floors upto full height of the building etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering for wall concrete so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and placing in position of M.S / Tor steel grills for R.C.C works in all floors including cost of Steel, cutting, bending, binding with 16 Gauge GI Binding wire and placing in position etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying one coat of Alkali Resistant Primer and One coat of APEX - Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality over the existing wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying & applying Epoxy resin Bonding agent NITOBOND EP for bonding new Micro concrete to existing concrete surface all as per the conditions of Manufacturer. The rate shall include cost of labour, cost of materials and transport etc, complete and asdirected by the Engineering In charge.

The Acrylic emulsion cement modified and water based concrete curing membrane NITOBOND AR or equivalent shall be diluted with water at 1:1 ratio. Immediately after the concrete finish, the membranes shall be sprayed over the concrete finished area without any gap or pinhole. The cost of all materials, tools and all labour charges etc., complete and as direct by the Engineering In charge.

Supplying and fixing 25mm dia. PVC pipe 10 kg. per cm2 working pressure in wall,ceiling and floor with necessary clamps and screws, making holes in the wall wherever necessary by drilling holes in the roofs and walls, packed the holes with necessary brick works or concrete wherever necessary plastering the surface smooth with required scaffolding including cost of pipe and special such as elbows, tee, union joints, reducer etc., cutting threading etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 32mm dia. PVC pipe 10 kg. per cm2 working pressure in wall, ceiling and floor with necessary clamps and screws, making holes in the wall wherever necessary by drilling holes in the roofs and walls, packed the holes with necessary brick works or concrete wherever necessary plastering the surface smooth with required scaffolding including cost of pipe and special such as elbows, tee, union joints, reducer etc., cutting threading etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 40 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 10 Kg./CM2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 1000 litres capacity Sintex double layer water tank with approved brand including cost of PVC water tank, making connection with input and output water pipe line and valves. Supplying and fixing in position of kitchen sink (white color) 600 mm x 450x200mm size (parryware/Hindware) of approved quality with necessary fittings 1 no 32 mm dia GI waste water pipe, 32mm dia C.P.waste coupling and fixing it with the wall with necessary plugs, clamps and screws, and giving water supply connection and painting the exposed pipe connection with two coats of paint of approved colour including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmentalofficers.

Supplying and fixing of MS Manhole Cover 60 x 60cm Heavy Duty with Frame Cover with necessary locking arrangements with hinges, handle, other required fittings with open and close type arrangements to cover the existing manhole in Port area including cost of all materials, lock, labour, fabrication charges, conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying terrace lime concrete weathering course with grade brick aggregate 25 mm nominal size and 50% mortar comprising of 1 lime putty and 2 surkhi and curing including all materials, labour, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of weathering course with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) including all materials, labour, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
