PROVISION OF DEFICIENT AIR CONDITIONER AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS AT INS RAJALI ARAKKONAM

Supply and fix Air cooled split unit Air Conditioner electric driven single phase of capacity 2 TR with condenser coil and evaporator coil shall be copper, green gas R32, mounting stand with all accessories 5 star rated inverter AC Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Air cooled split unit Air Conditioner electric driven single phase of capacity 1.5 TR with condenser coil and evaporator coil shall be copper, green gas R32, mounting stand with all accessories 5 star rated inverter AC complete all as specified and as directed. Note for SL NO. 1.00 and 2.00 The rate quoted be the tenderer shall inclusive of the following provisions :- (i) UPVC drain pipe not less than 20 mm dia from indoor unit (any floor) to upto ground level/near to drain to be fixed with proper size base plate with clamps complete. (ii) Copper pipe 5/8" dia and 3/8" mm dia with 20 SWG thickness refrigerant piping with 19 mm thick closed cell rubber nitrile, Class "O"- arm-flex insulation and including connection and extra length of coppper wire and tubing as per site requirement to be included in the quated rate. (ili) GI powder coated brackets 16 SWG of required size : 02 Nos including grouting with suitable size fastners, bush etc for fixing of outdoor units as per site requirment. (iv) If any extra legth of suction and delivery Copper pipes, drainage pipe and connection flexible cable (4 sq mm4 core) is required at site up to 3 mtr.

S &F Copper tube with insulation for gas line 5/8"and liquid line 3/8" for connection between indoor and outdoor unit (beyound 3 mtr) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 4 core 4 Sq mm muti stranded copper conductor cable for connection between indoor and outdoor unit (beyound 3 mtr) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Installation Voltage Stabilizer for automatic operation single phase natural air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 90 Volt to 300 volt with output voltage stabilized at 230 volt with accuracy +/- 2.5% and capacity 5 KVA or 15 Apmere complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring with two run single core 6 sqmm and one run single core 6 sqmm ass earth wire with multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade confirming to IS-694 continuity conductor drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit not less than 25 mm dia concealed wiring through wall/ceiling/floor/roof etc including conduit accessories including taking down old sub main wiring with PVC conduit and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring with two run single core 4 sqmm and one run single core 4 sqmm ass earth wire with multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade confirming to IS-694 continuity conductor drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit not less than 25 mm dia concealed wiring through wall/ceiling/floor/roof etc including conduit accessories including taking down old sub main wiring with PVC conduit and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (For Sub main Wiring Item No. 9 and 10) (i) The disturbed surfaces shall be made good with existing surface including matching with existing paint as applicale. (i) Three different color wires shall be used for phase, neutral and earth . (iii) Connections of cables with MCBs or bus bars shall be done through appropriate size brass/ copper thimbles .
