REPAIR TO PATH, DRAIN, FENCING, RETAINING WALL, BRICK WORK, GRILL AND OTHER MISC ITEMS IN ZONE B AREA AT BB CANTT, SRINAGAR

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick, as in sub base over rammed earth, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rubber moulded Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rubber moulded Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick with grey cement and pigments over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortor (1:6) set , jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in copings and the likes including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removal of displaced/ not-in-level interlocking tiles of any size/shape in pathway and replacing the same in proper level over and including 50 mm thick sand cushioning as bed, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including dismantling of old kerb stones of any type & size, making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing of new surfaces of cornices, pillasters, kerb stone etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing of old treated surfaces of cornices, pillasters, kerb stone by brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds Moss and efflorescent salts and treating oily and greasy spots etc and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.
