(b) APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application. Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap shall be not to be less than 150mm of polymeric membranes and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturer's instructions. (iii) All CI/PVC traps in sunken slabs to be enclosed with PCC 1:1.5:3 (min 15 cm) all round.

Demolition of reinforced concrete as in roof, floor, (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) with necessary scaffolding and protection as required complete all as specified and directed.
