Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 coarser sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except ar sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage, opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engg-in-charge (Length of finished kerb shall be measured for payment)

Scraping of old white or colour wash including refusal of dismantled material up to 60.0mtr distance as per direction by engg-in-charge.

Finishing walls with Putty approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on umdacorated wall surface to give even shade over including curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecoarated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25Ltr/10Sqm including one coat of primer apllied @ 0.75Ltr/10Sqm coat curing and cost of all material, labour T&P etc all complete.

Construction of manhole chamber of 0.60x0.60x0.90m internal size with b/w, plaster, cover, C.I. sheet, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Construction of granular sub base (GSB) by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layer with mortor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mixin place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with viberatory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 401.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under under floors, including watering, ramming, cosolidating and dressing complete.
