Preparing the RCC surface in roof slab, chajjas, terraces, sunken slabs, septic tank, OH tank, raft slab, wall etc by throughly cleaning with wire brush etc. followed by power washing for making the surface absolutely free from any foreign particles like dust, oil, grease atc. and allowing surface to dry complete as direc ted at all levels. Including over item no. 22.1.1 for removing and chipping of brick bed corba, tarfelt etc.
Grading roof for water proofing treatrment with (a) cement concrete 1:2:4 (i) 1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg. 20 mm nominal size) With cement concrete 1:2:4. 20mm nominal size aggregates.
Providing, supplying, mixing, lying 8mm thick cement plastering in prop. 1:6 over R.C.C. surfaces mixed with integral waterproofing compound like Proof IWP-1 of choksey chemicals/Dr. Sealkit No.1 (Asian Chemical) Rehomac 707 of [email protected]% by weight of cement conforming to IS: 2465 as specified and directed by the Department complete.
Supplying , fitting and fixing P.V.C pipes of 6 kg/cm^2 (supreme or Prince) or other ISI approved including joining, fitting and fixing wiyh clamps etc. as necessary complete at all levels including below G.L. as directed and specified.
Supplying, fitting and fixing 87.5 degree PVC bend of (Supreme/Prince) or other ISI approved including joining, fitting and fixing etc. as necessary complete at all levels including below G.L. as directed and specified.
Making and providing of bamboo scaffolding to work at a height of 6m and above including tying wire etc complete as directed.
