The bidders shall submit the details of work done certificate issued for atleast one similar works executed by them in Government organization (State or central) in the last five financial year. (Note- Work done certificate should be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer)
The tenderer /Agency /Company shall have a valid registration either proprietorship or partnership firm or Private Limited Company or Public Limited Company. Furnish the copy of certificate incorporation and partnership deed or registration copy with the appropriate authorities in support of the name of organization (Company Registration). Class-III and above civil contractor with similar experience can participate in the tender. In case of manufacturing agency/company which are in the field of set up of laboratories, the registration certificate can be uploaded instead of class-III registration certificate.
The tenderer should have satisfactorily completed one similar laboratory work costing not less than Rs.19.90 Lakhs during the five (5) preceding financial years. i.e, 2020-21 to 2024-25.
Tenderers should be accompanied by copies of Registration certificates under PAN, GST & Income tax returns for any three years out of 5 years. Documents should be uploaded (From 2020-21 to 2024-25).

The financial turnover shall not be less than Rs.39.79 Lakhs, in any two years during last five years and copy shall be uploaded i.e, 2020-21 to 2024-25 (5 years) and it should be certified by chartered accountant.
The tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity equal (AXNx2.5-B)
