Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including traightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

Columns pillar pier abutment posts etc.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Edges of Slab 20 cm

Extra for shuttering in circular work (20% of respective centering and Shuttering items) circular column

Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Preparation of detailed Architectural plan/ Structural design/plan of the building with complete architectural/service for the building which will cover architectural, structural, sanitary, electrical, landscape etc and shall include detail plans, sections, elevations working drawings with specification complete prepared by qualified professionals complete job as per direction of engineer in charge
