Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. Hard rock (blasting prohibited)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Tensile fabric roofing - PVC COATED FABRIC Fabric patterning, Supply, Fabrication & Installation of Serge Ferrari Type I 702 S2 of approved Colour 750 GSM Fabric for covering MS structure at Pune AAI (Include : Material : Serge Ferrari Fabric Type I 702 S2, with 10 years waranty from manufacturerer, Membrane Plate, Wireropes, Nut Bolts, Ites Require Accessories, Aluminium Section, Sds Screw, SS. 316 GradeTerminal, Service: Supply, Transport, Total Station Servey etc) Rate includes Purchasing of fabric (including Cost, Insurance and Freight, Taxes etc), shop drawings. Fabrication (including Cutting and High frequency welding to obtain the form), Transport to the site, assembling, Installation etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In charge & nothing extra shall be paid.

Structural Steel Work Providing, Fabricating, Assembling, hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS Built-up section/Tubular Structure ( MS built-up section :-Rolled section & plates confirming to IS 2062 Grade Yst 250)(Tubular Structure:- made from Steel hollow sections, ISI marked conforming to IS 1161/4923, Grade Yst 310) thickness up to 10mm of make SAIL / RINL / TATA/JINDAL OR approved equivalent make in the profile shape as per conceptual drawings complete including special plate connector, pinion joints,Nut bolts, Plates, hollow sections etc including processes like using water jet 3-D cutting system for obtaining smooth 3-dimensional curvature, SAW/MMAW/MIG welding process with special plate connectors, pinion joints, plates, hollow sections with cleaning the surface with sand blasting system and finishing by applying a coat of epoxy primer including preparation of detailed fabrication and erection drawings of Structural steel work from design drawings, transportation from fabrication yard, cutting , threading, machining, leads and lifts up to all heights, tools & plants and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations involved to make structure of Tensile fabric canopy. The structure has to be provided as per conceptual drawings of Tensile fabric profile, including all arch beam, curved lateral beams and bracings, vertical support columns, nodal joints, bases of columns and high tensile bolts of grade not less than 10.9 having black phosphate coating. The complete structure to be sand blasted and coated with epoxy primer (2 coats) and hard top with two coats of Polyurethane application at all surfaces in required DFT (dense film thickness) for each coat with final total DFT of 280 microns as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Design Consultancy Work Providing Engineering Consultancy Services for Design of RCC foundation & Tensile Canopy including Architectural , Structural & Engineering design specifying patterns of Architectural Membrane, cables and related perimeter attachments, necessary fittings & hardware including associated structural steel members, RCC foundation, rain water drainage system, supporting member for electrical installation etc. with all relevant calculation sheet, vetting of both design & drawing by I.I.T/NIT/Govt. Engg. college including issue of "Good for Construction drawings" , revision of drawing as per changes during execution & final "As Built Drawing" complete with vetting and not limited to any other details related to consultancy work which are essential for successful execution of work etc. complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer incharge. Note :- (I) The steel structure members has to be designed as per conceptual drawings of Tensile fabric profile including all arch beam, curved lateral beams and bracings, vertical support columns, nodal joints, bases of columns and Stainless Steel pin joints as applicable. (II) The payment under this item shall be made in parts in proportion to amount of work
