Schedule 'A' Section - I

M&L point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with stranded copper conductor 2 single core PVC insulated FRLS and sheathed copper conductor of size 4 Sqmm in and including PVC conduit (ISI marked) including cutting chiseling and grouting concealed PVC conduit pipe, tee, elbow and bend etc.and with all connecting accessories with 4 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor as earth wire and connecting to common earth dolly for 6 pin 16 Amp socket outlet on the independent board.using 4 sqmm copper cable incl PVC insulated copeer conductor 4 Sqmm as continued earth wire complete all as specified & directed.

S&F switch piano flush type, single pole 1 way 16 Amp complete all as specified & directed.

S&F socket out let 2 in one 6 pin 6 & 16 Amp complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing Single pole and Neutral Sheet metal enclosure with a 2 pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Electric storage water heater (vertical type) 25 litres,with LED indicator adjustable temprature knob, with inner tank material Mild Steel with glass lined coating, outer Body material ABS, 230 V, AC, Single phase, as per IS 2082 ,BEE 5 Star rating, with 15mm brass non return valve and including connecting fastners not less than 100 mm with suitable nut, bolt & washers grouted in walls with complete masonry work for proper mounting of Geyser fastning bolts etc as directed as site reqmt and making necessary inlet and outlet water & electric connection tested on load including provision of 15 Amp plug top and PVC insulated & PVC sheathed copper conductor cable 4 sqmm 3 core upto 15 Amp plug point and inlet and outlet copper connection complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water connection and point wiring for electric connection shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply & Fixing GI pipe 15 mm bore medium grade incl all aceesories fixing with wall/ floor/ceilings complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for cutting and screwing existing steel tubing 15 mm dia bore size for alterations / additions required for connection with geyser complete all as directed.

M & L for cutting hole not exceeding 150 sqcm into through brick wall built in cement mortar or stone wall / RCC wall built in lime mortar / concrete for inlet pipe of geyser in parabit wall / site reqmt making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as directed.

S & F PVC connection 15 mm size with PTMT nuts 450 mm long hot/cold complete all as directed.

S & F stop valve 15 mm bore heavy duty fancy type chromium plate with long sunk and cup connected in wall clamps as per site reqmt complete all as directed.

Bib tap, heavy duty, chromium plated, fancy type, with crutch or butterfly handle scrwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule of 15 mm bore and fixed complete all as specified & directed.

S & F 15 mm bore brass CP mixture for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed complete all as directed.

S & F MCB B characterstic single pole 5 to 30 Amp, 240 volt breaking capacity 10 Ka in exitsing DB Box for geyser point circuitcomplete all as directed.

Supply and fixing led solar light fitting 24watt including galvanized steel pole in built, lithium ion battery, solar panel charge controller with dusk down sensor complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of electric poles, struts PCC blocks and fair finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement etc complete all as specified.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of electric poles, struts PCC blocks and fair finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement etc complete all as specified.

PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping of new pole , including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/tense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and getting out including dressing / trimming sides and leveling/grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well raming excavated soid in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays, struts have been erected and tested complete all as specified.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing at a level n.nexc 1.5 mtr above starting point where directed complete all as specified.

M&L for Painting of Solar pole , by applying two coat of aluminium paint after scraping / brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and cross arms. Aluminium painting will be done on pole above 1.5 metre height from ground level and balance 1.5 mtr from ground level will be painted by alternate layer of black and yellow enameled paint (30 Cms each). Pole Nos will be written on pole by black paint in white circle of 150mm dia, complete, all as specified and directed. Note:- Only one coat will be applied at one time and payment at 50% of coated rate to be applied at the first time of first coat. Second coat is to be done more than 30 days after first coat.
